I went in for an emergency flat tire repair without an appointment. In spite of their being fully booked, Tyler and his staff went above and beyond to attend to my need in a timely efficient manner. I was out of there in a few hours, which was impressive considering how busy the place was on the day before Thanksgiving day. Phenomenal time management and outstanding work. Thank you, guys for saving my day.

Rudest manager I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Completely unprofessional and acts like he is doing the customer a favor. I'd rather walk than buy tires from that place again

My car had a weird wobble and the guys were able to pull it right in and let me know the issue. I was extremely lucky that I had made it there without incident on the basic tires I had on my car. Jerome and Chris were able to get me taken care of and the car was done within the hour. Both were friendly and very professional and I would recommend this location to anyone in need of their services

Had a flat tire due to a screw lodged close to the sidewall. Very helpful and took the time to explain and show why a patch would not work. Left with a new tire. Even though they were very busy, they were able to help me in a reasonable amount of time.

Got my brakes and rotors replaced and they were very accommodating! Customer service is great and work was done in a timely manner! I definitely recommend getting services done with these guys!

I have bought tires from Tire Discounters several times for my cars. They are always professional and did a nice job getting my van in and putting on the new tires when I needed them done. I had to go out of town the next day. I was able to feel confident driving knowing that the install was done correctly. I will be back in the future. Went in recently for some warranty repair work, had me in and out quick, did a great job. Very pleased.

Just went in to get an estimate on 4 new tires the guy was really fast on the estimate which was nice he did not try to pressure me into getting tires. I was just shopping around

Jerome was the manager that I worked with and he was awesome. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable.

They saved me and were so nice in the process! I had a fast leaking tire and had to get it patched quickly, I went there on my lunch hour and they got me in and patched my tire and I was able to get back to work and I was only 20 minutes late! Awesome thank you

What do you do when a company knows that their manager has an issue with customers regarding abusing his power and they allow him to continue being the manager?
Before you allow this Tire Discounter to work on your car, please know that they are a chain, even though they say they are family owned, and that you may not be able to trust what they tell you is needed for your care, because they take advantage of customers in vulnerable situations (you come to them because you need service on your car, and most people NEED their car!)

I came to this store on Saturday, September 23,2023 with a flat tire and Jerome (the manager) and Tyler tried to take advantage of that. Note: I talked to an area manager today, September 26,2023, and he agreed that they handled the situation incorrectly, but stated they would "work" with Jerome and Tyler beause this is a family owned business and that is what they do. That is the resolution.

When I pulled up with the flat tire, without an inspection of the tire, Tyler looked at it and stated I needed a new one. No inspection, nothing. I just needed a new tire. He gave me a price.

When I asked if he could just fill the tire with air to see why it went flat or if it would inflate, he filled the tire and it held air.

By that time, he stated, Oh, I see, you don't need a new tire, you just need a new valve stem (for my car it is actually a sensor) and then you will be back on the road. He proceeded to give me a price for the valve stem or sensor and stated that would be all I needed to get going.

Valvoline had just filled my tires with air the same morning when I got an oilc change and I wondered if they could have caused damage to my valve stem, because I had no issues with my tire prior to them inflating them that day.

I called Valvoline and they agreed to possibly pay for the valve stem. When they called Tire Discounter (North Bend Rd) they told him a different price than the originally gave me. (It was higher)

When I asked why was it two different prices, Jerome got upset and told Tyler not to assist me anymore with the third party (Valvoline) and that I could figure it out on my own. And now the price was no longer what he originally quoted me, because he gave me the lower price to "help me out". Now the price was $79.99 plus tax and that would be the price, since I had questions as to why the price would be different from what he quoted me, to the price he gave Valvoline, who was going to possibly pay for the valve stem (sensor).

Tyler then stated that he was not going to "touch" my car or tire, unless I got the new valve stem (sensor) AND a new tire "at this point" (his exact words).

So here I am at their store and now he won't assist me unless I get the valve stem (sensor), which price went from $60 out the door to $93.00 and some change because I asked a question about why the service that I needed and the price kept changing.

Jerome told Tyler he did not have to answer that and then proceeded to tell me once I had everything all together and ready to pay for the tire PLUS the valve stem (sensor), then they could assist me.
I feel as if Jerome uses his managerial power that could adversely affect me, the customer, when he felt that he had the upper hand.
There are other customer complaints stating he did the exact same thing with them when I came here to leave my review.

If you are getting work done at this location, I would highly recomomend that you get a second opinion on what they tell you about your car is true. This is a chain and they have to get to a revenue and upsales, etc, and I believe they will try to get to that with or without your families best interest in mind.

Please think twice about that and find a trusted, tried and true place to take your vehicle. They have predatory practices and also dishonesty. I will NEVER forget how Jerome and Tyler made me feel that day when I needed grace, mercy and compassion the most.

They did not fix my tire properly so I had to come back and because of their not fixing the tire properly. I had pay for the labor for them to put a new tire on my car.

Tyler noe at the north bend road, Cincinnati Ohio store is has been awesome. I'm coming in for a 2nd tire on Friday an will keep coming back, listened to multiple customers say good things about him also

I just love come into this location the customer service is great they never disappoint me when I come.
