This location has very experienced workers and it shows from the management on down, I purchased my tires from them and now new rims from this location.thanks

Man if i can give this place more then 5 stars i would great customer service get workers i love it hear i use to only go to west Chester because i live out there but i end up moving to Silverton so had to find one closer try red bank for a simple job but they manager dave lie and charge me a lot of money but this place kenwood omg I'll recommend them to anyone every last one of them that work there Jerome marsh is the sale person he was awesome i appreciate everything they did for me any job you need done i recommended them to anyone hope corporate call me back about red bank soon but thank y'all for everything y'all did for me y'all got the job done when red bank couldn't

Made an appointment to get an alignment check done. Online they offer free alignment checks. Was told to be at the store by 4pm and that they would get me in. I arrived at 345 walked in explained how I only want the free alignment check at the time, one associate told me he will not do any services to my car because his techs wont get paid for it. Another guy overheard and tried to make things right but then told me that I had to wait 2 or 3 more hours to see if someone else shows up because they are on the schedule. This is after I was told to be there at 4 for my appointment. So now they are trying to say it wont be until 6 or 7pm by the time they can get me in. I walked out. They agreed to have me in at 4 so I was there on time once there they tried to refuse all services and then tried to reschedule me. I would not recommend going to this store at all. They dont care about their customers, they dont honor the services that their store advertises. I will never go to this location ever again.

Nice variety of tires. Pleasant employees. They didn't have my tires in stock, but 8am the next morning they were there. In addition to installing the tires, they also, on their own, at no charge, pulled my sticking-out front bumper panel back into place with a tie. Nice!

On Monday I stopped by this location thinking I needed air in my tire. As it turned out, there was a nail in one tire and the remaining 3 had lost a significant amount of their tread and would need to be replaced soon. Jerome explained to me what my options were and helped me choose the tires that would work best with my budget without sacrificing quality. Four new tires were installed within a relatively quick time frame on the same day.

I appreciated the time taken to be sure I was making a purchase I understood and was comfortable with financially. Beyond that, every team member I encountered was courteous and kind.

I would highly recommend this location and plan to return for any future tire needs!

Im am recovering from colon cancer and just started back to work recently. I stopped in on 2/11 about 6: 30 in the evening having a wobbling problem with the passenger side rear tire. I feared the belt was separated and sure enough it was. They got my car in quickly and the manager on duty adjust the price of the tire that I needed to fit my budget. Thank you for caring about your customers.

Truly the best service around. They are super transparent and honest, meaning they don’t try to sell you unneeded products or services. The stayed late to accommodated my needs. I won’t go anywhere else for my tire and brake needs.

Your place on Wooster Pike had no time to even talk to me. Your location on Kenwood Rd was awesome. I was waited on by Kyle and he was incredible. The five stars are for him. Good job.

Amazing! Called around 6 yesterday with a flat tire Dave was amazing he offered to let me bring my car in and stay open a little later had my car done by 7: 45!

I have constantly had trouble at this location. I have had a leak in my tire for months. I have had it patched, and then had the tire completely replaced.

The tire is still leaking, and I have now been told it may be the wheel.so I didn’t need the tire at all!

The final straw was at my last visit, a gift card was stolen from my car. The GM said there was nothing they could do after not following up.

I would strongly advice avoiding this location if at all possible.

Bought new tires for my 2006 box truck. An old U-haul truck, and having problems with fining, a Tire discounter store that can get me in for an alignment. Store in Reading is where i bought the tires and they installed them there, but unable to align

The manager is great. He will price match a competitor. Great service, in and out quickly. I go to them before any one else.

While there for an oil change, the technician disconnected an air hose causing my check engine light to come on. This ploy is to cause the unwary to conclude that the car has a problem needing service. I am not convinced that they should do such a low handed stunt.

A couple months ago I decided to purchase tires from TireDisconters at Kenwood and so far It has been the BESTTTTT decision I have ever made. Since the first day I walked in until today, I have felt welcome. I would like to personally thank Sean, for his awesome customer service skills, positive attitude and his willingness to help.

Set an appointment for tires and an oil change a week ago. I arrive and the tires I ordered are not in. I understand things happen, but someone should have called. The lack of planning and courtesy on their end has driven my business elsewhere.

Sean (store manager) and Chris where the BEST! They were excellent to work with and it’s hard to find the customer service they provided anywhere else these days. Give these guys a pay raise Tire Discounter!

Slow, dont expect to be in and out. My appointment was at 9am and it took about an hour before ma car was even taken back. Nice people, just seem to be under staffed

10/10 would do it again, flat tire needing fixed, fast, super pleasant and educational on when to replace vs repair. Having been two 2 shops before this unable and unpleasant in helping me and then fast, nice to work with and given the option not pushing to sell a new tire.thank you!

Great customer service. I told Shaun about an initial hiccup and he made it right. We felt taken care of.
