Tire Discounters, Cincinnati OH

Brought in car for an oil change and fix a tire leak. It took almost hours with an appointment. They never fixed the leak and now I'm back and I've been here an hour and not even looked at yet. Never again

The best trained staff, excellent customer service, speed of service. Every time I have a problem with my car I know it is the right place. They are the best and at great prices, I have never had a problem with their repairs.thanks for being the best.

Waited over a week for a tire that was ordered. I never received a call back on the stats as I was promised. I was placed on hold for over 45min. Drove to the store while I was on hold. Stood in the store on hold. My tire was never fixed nor did I get an apology from the manager.

Got a tire to replace a flat I had last month. The employee at the counter was pleasant. I took away one star, because the price was higher than what I was told in the online chat when I scheduled the appointment.

WAITED OVER TWO AND HALF HOURS AND COUNTING FOR A TIRE. UNLESS YOU GOT A BUNCH OF TIME TO WASTE. SKIP IT.

I got tires a couple months ago. I had a locking lug on each tire. They did not put my lug key back in my car. Now I need to get new tires and they have thrown away my key. Now I've been sitting here for an hour waiting for them to get the lugs off. The guy at the counter is so nonchalant and not caring that they made a mistake. Needless to say I will not be giving anymore business to this location. They haven't been customer oriented in a couple years

I came in on a Monday about an hour until closing time with a flat tire. The staff members greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, presented me with all my options and were able to patch my tire in a very timely manner. Their service was wonderful and very affordable! Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a quick fix!

I needed a tire ASAP they were the only shop that had my size and excellent price, service was quick, friendly and honest being a woman that's hard to find thank soo very much for doing what no other shop would do or had. Highly recommend to anyone in this area or any area it's worth it!

Everything was great, my tire was fixed in a timely fashion, everyone working there was respectful, and it was as good an experience I could have had witha flat tire
