Quick and affordable but they lost the metal valve caps on my aftermarket wheels, they searched everywhere but dudes pockets.

This is a great place. They took a little bit of time (which is understandable) and took it in their hands to make up for it. They offered a discount for the wait. Moreover they did a great job in changing the oil and when I left they asked me to come back just to make sure my tires were okay. Great place highly recommend!

I had purchased rims for our VW BUG, when making the appointment, I let the person I was speaking to (Mike) know that we bought the rims and that they would be in the car when it was dropped off by the tow company. They ran into problems with the hood latch, which had to be replaced, also the battery was dead and needed replaced. I was very accommodating and said “don’t worry about us, we don’t need the car back till the weekend”. When picking the car up, the repairs were not explained, the person at the counter said very little as a matter of fact, and when we went out to the car.the new rims were still inside the car IN THE BOXES! So I went back inside, angry, spoke with my original contact person, and asked “was there a reason the new rims were in the boxes instead on on the car? ” He spluttered and stuttered, then proceeded to make excuses! The “new tires” they put on the car looked used as well! I was livid at that point, and just left! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TIREMAN! They did not even offer to correct THEIR ERROR! POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The purchase of my new tires was seamless. Stopped in to request what I wanted, dropped off my wheels and picked them up by the end of the day. Good experience and great service.

April 2021 - purchased new tires to go on 2nd set of wheels. Process was easy and I received prompt and courteous service. I will shop here again.

Hunter took his time in inspecting my van and letting me know what I needed done. The work was done promptly and they called me as soon as it was done.

Had my 2000 Ford Ranger in for rear shocks. The technician took the time to do a thorough inspection of front/rear end. He then brought me out and went over his findings. Everything was explained in a manner, to which, I could understand. I was shown that a rear brake line was about to fail, also, could possibly lose steering due to bad outter tie rods on both sides. I gave them to "Ok". They had me back on the road in no time. Excellent work at a very reasonable price. Before leaving, I was given a detailed estimate, with breakdown, of all remaining issues. I will be making an appointment to address these repairs. Thanks Tireman.your TEAM is awesome!

I'm very satisfied with the service we recieved at the Tireman on Reynolds Rd (Toledo, Ohio). My sons car needed engine work done right before Christmas. Needless to say our money was tight but they worked with us and gave a quote I was satisfied with. Their customer service was great and I would highly recommend them. - The Jarrett's

Waited three hours just to be told what was wrong with my car and told it was gonna cost 2,000$ to get it fixed. Who has that type of money? Wow. They are way over priced and didn't help at all. All they care about is money!

I've never had a bad experience here! Went in for an oil change. They found that two of my tires needed to be replaced because of wear. They didn't try to rip me off and say all four, since I had replaced two last year. And they gave me the same deal! Couldn't be happier with the staff at Tireman!

They were very nice and got the job done! And for a really good price so I’m grateful for that. They need to get better with times. Two & a half hours is too long to wait just to patch a tire and i called ahead. Other than that it was great. Eric was very nice specially!

I had a tire that was going flat the service was fast and friendly my only complaint was some damage to the surface of my rim from the tire removal I wish the tech would have taken a little more time and protected the rim a little better I know they make tools to protect rims like this but it took the coating off in several areas and these are not cheap to replace if not for that this would be a 5-star review

The cashier was very nice and thoughtful. I was quoted a price over the phone for the wheel alignment. The person on the phone added in the tax but not the charge for the use of the garage. So when the cashier told me what the final charge was it sort of caught me off guard. So the cashier told me they had a discount on wheel alignments. So he put the discount on the charge therefore, I paid $10 less. Thank you!

There were a couple times I went in for service at this Tireman and I got my car/truck back with oil smudges and dirty seats, door handles, and steering wheel. The maintenance service is great but I require cleanliness also. At my last visit they cleaned my car after I brought it to the attention of the attendant at the desk.

I had a rim leak. They got my car in fairly quick and did a good job. Issac was very friendly and professional as well as the rest of the guys. I would recommend this location over the other ones in the vicinity.

I am very disappointed! They technician broke/stripped the threads on the bolt for my oil pan during my oil change. They put a stopper in and my car is leaking oil all over the place. Tireman is the only place I’ve gotten my oil changes at and this is the second time I’ve been taken advantage of because I am a woman. My uncle that has a garage stated Tireman is responsible and needs to fix the leak they caused, no matter what it takes.

Very professional and courteous, I appreciate that issac took in consideration that I had to be back at work and I didn't have to wait long I would recommend this facility to anyone Thank you again to the staff especially Issac.

Never will go back to tireman EVER. Had an tire that’s wouldn’t hold air went to their location on Reynolds Rd to get that 1 tire changed and the guy tried to get me to buy 2 which was no problem but I said no thanks just want the one for now and will change the rest in a few weeks before winter hits. So ended up leaving til tire was done then I got a phone call from someone at their store saying that now they got the car in the air they seen some other problems or whatever then said something about TIRES and I thinkin nooo it’s TIRE so the guy let me know they have me down for two and not one let him know that’s not right I agreed to 1 tire not 2 so got on the phone with the guy that set me up with everything he then said well we already have both tires taken off so my response was well put the one back on I agreed to 1 so he let me know okay they’ll figure something out. Went back picked my car back up tire that was not holding air is changed okay coo. So literally one day goes by and my other tire on the other side is now not holding air when I’ve never had a problem with that tire but now it’s not holding air. So they changed my tire that I wanted and took that tire that was not holding air and put it on the other side because they had already took that side tire off because they planned on doing 2 tires instead of just the 1 I asked for. So I don’t recommend tireman at all now when they were the only place I’ve dealt with since I was 18 and I’m 25 now but i will not deal with any longer

Great service every time I've had to have my vehicle's serviced. Always calls and let me know of any issues and they call you back to say it's finished.

I am thakthan for the quick service getting me winter tires for my 2008 Honda Civic. Unfortunately I have to take a star away from the tire technician for lack of taking the extra step to wipe off my wheel covers. I ran the car thru the carwash on the way over for you.

Isaac & his crew will take extremely good care of you! They charge a fair price for all my needs & don't ever tell me that I need anything I don't really need.
