Tireman Auto Service Centers - Oregon

I bought 4 New tires. I went in to Tireman Auto on Thursday and was scheduled to take my truck in on Saturday at 11am. According to one of the workers- it's best to make an appointment-even though we take walk ins. So I make the appt, and go in Saturday, arriving 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time, and sure enough it took them 4.5 hours to Just to Put 4 New Tires on my Truck. Unbelievable! I didn't pick up my Truck until 3: 00pm!

I had 4 tires installed on my truck. It took over 2 hours. This is with having scheduled an appointment. They were extremely busy, they always are. Then I was informed my truck needed aligned. I looked at the report and agreed. It took another half hour. I spent almost 3 hours just getting tires. I worked as an auto tech for 4 years. Changing a set of tires shouldn't take more than an hour or so. So, why am I giving them 4 stars?

My daughter was there at the same time. I had told her to get her tires rotated and an oil change.
However, my aging eyes didn't see how bad the front tires were worn. The tires were literally shedding tread. I could peel the tread off by hand. My daughter drives long distances everyday. Those tires could have blown at any time and my daughter could have been seriously hurt or worse. So, the gentleman quite literally saved my daughter from a likely horrible event. For this, I am extremely appreciative. I don't remember the man's name. But, to him, I am forever grateful!

I made an appointment to have my car worked on for the fan belt that was off and anything else that might have been wrong with it. I had it towed there. We called 3 hours after the appointment time and they said that they were just pulling it in. We called back 2 hours later and they said they were just pulling it. Again? They called me an hour later and told me what was wrong with it. I said that I would call them back after I talked to husband (who they were supposed to call not me) and tell them to fix it or not. I called them and told them to fix it. No call that day to say it was ready. No call on Friday to say it was fixed either. Called them Saturday morning and they said I never called to have it fixed and they didn’t know if they could get it done Saturday. I need my car to go to work. They called at 2: 00 and said it was ready. Thank goodness!

The guys were VERY fast and explained everything in detail, and even gave me their suggestion against rotating my back, newer tires to the front bcause I have a 4 wheel truck and with the weather coming, I’m going to benefit the newer tread on the back as apposed to the older, less tread on the front, and I REALLY appreciated pointing that out, bcause I have so much going on that I hadn’t thought of that! Thank you, truly!

The staff at the Oregon Tireman did an excellent job at persisting to find the problems with the brakes. The vehicle now stops smoothly and without shaking. They also informed me of a rebate on the tire purchase that I didn’t know about. Thanks, everyone!

Great Service! I had a rack and pinion replaced. I shopped around for estimates and Tireman had the better fair price. I made the appointment.it was done same day. I would definitely recommend!

Had one tire I needed to match tread on 3 other tires the Hercules stopped making the ones I had.no problem the matched tread on my old truck that'll work just fine.

Took my truck into Tireman and they did a great job installing the new set of tires And they pointed out a couple things that I should have fixed. I've always used Tireman and always will

Nick got new wheels on my truck fast as I could hope for and checked the ride for me. They did a amazing job getting my ranger ready for the upcoming season of frozen hell that is northwest Ohio. Will definitely be returning to get more done in the future.

Tireman got me in at my schedule appointment time. They rotated my tires and replaced a broken valve stem at no cost. I had previously purchased these tires from tireman and they take care of you once you do that.

Just went for tires everything went good be side them turning off the automatic lights, messing with a few other things and I'm 99% sure they left the van running the hour and half it was in the bay

I have been a Tireman customer (In Oregon on Navarre Street) for several years. As a woman not having alot of knowledge about cars, I need to have a trustworthy mechanic. The staff at this store has always given me top notch service regardless of how busy the store is, and accurate diagnosis on my vehicle. Even management there is friendly and makes sure the customers are satisfied. My truck is in good shape and I have no worries at all. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thanks Tireman!

My husband and I were first-time customers at Tireman. My car got in earlier than we expected it to and the price was very reasonable. Our salesman Josh was very personable and helpful. We plan on going back for future work

They were able to get me in when belle tire down the street wasn’t. I needed an alignment before my trip I greatly appreciate it and it didnt take that long.

The people working at this Tireman were very helpful when we unexpectedly blew out a tire. We live out of town and were on a time crunch, they were super helpful, quick, and did a great job getting a new tire on our Jeep right away! Thank you, Randy & team!

The managers at the Navarre Avenue store in Oregon were not reasonable. Nowhere on their website or on their building states that you have to make an appointment. I was the first one in the store.they told me that my car would not be completed until 5 p.m. For an oil change and a tire rotation. They did not finish my vehicle until 6 p.m. The time that they closed.

Everyone there was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I experienced excellent customer service and received a great deal on a set of new tires

Although I had an issue with their service the first time I visited, they quickly rectified things. Their prices are a little high, but the results speak for themselves.

My fiance bought these two brand new tires from Tireman in Perrysburg. They sold and put them on after giving me a list of front end problems that needed to be fixed but would not give me an alignment until I got the work done. I did have everything done that they said needed done. Upper and lower control arm, ball joints, wheel hubs and CV shaft (I think that's what it's called) but it was quite costly over $1000 in repairs. Took it back after a few weeks once everything was fixed on my end and my tires were ruined and they acknowledged that they were in poor shape but proceeded to let me pay for a wheel alignment. It ran horrible. My tires are still squeezing and if I go over a bump it will throw me almost off the road. So then I purchased some used tires. But in perfect shape and costly also after just buying two news ones from Tireman SMH. So I'm still having wheel alignment issues I called Tireman made an appointment at the Oregon location for 11am today only to be told that they were fixing the alignment machine and I'd have to wait 3 to 4 hours or come back again tomorrow. No calling me ahead to reschedule because if their mistake. The worker was rude and tried to make it like it was no big deal. I'm done with Tireman. Anyone know who I can go to that will repair my wheel alignment. So frustrated
