Highly recommend. Staff was friendly, service was great and prices were affordable. Scheduled an appointment same day and they had me in and out within and hour.

If I could give zero stars for my experience, I would. I dropped my car off for an oil change, 11/18, and was told I would get a phone call when it was done. I waited nine hours and went there myself and they had no idea if it had even been worked on. This was partly because they lost my car keys. I asked for a tire rotation and was assured it was done when I double checked with them after they finally found my keys. I mentioned I had never received a phone call and they didn’t seem concerned whatsoever. After going out to my car and checking, they never even rotated my tires. I called them out on it and they insisted they had been rotated. I’m missing a back hubcap, so it’s not hard to tell that it clearly had not been done. I was not offered any kind of apology. Now I’m not even sure that my oil was changed because they rushed to do it so last minute. I called to ask if they could rotate my tires quickly and was told I could leave it for a minimum of five hours and they would see what they could do. I told them I couldn’t wait that long again because it was already such a difficulty getting my car there in the first place and it doesn’t take long to rotate tires when it should have been done in the first place. “Bob” was extremely discourteous on the phone and told me it’s a free service so basically they aren’t concerned about it. They never shut off my oil light either, which isn’t a huge deal, but it’s something that was expected to be done. I have taken four cars there over almost 10 years and never had a problem until using this location. I am an extremely disappointed former customer- a simple apology would have gone a long way, but they couldn’t be bothered. If you are looking for rude employees who can’t keep track of car keys and only perform half the service you pay for, then this is the perfect place for you. I know I won’t be going back, to ANY Tireman.

Stopped in with a nail in my tire. They fixed it in less time than originally estimated time and called me promptly when they were finished. Thanks for the professional service.

My son's van broke down and we had it towed to Tireman. They were excellent, saved me money and did a great job. They actually called me back and said they discovered a more affordable way to repair the van as I was extremely worried it was going to be very expensive to fix. I was extremely impressed and would recommend this location. I will be coming back here for all of my car needs. Very honest and trustworthy employees.

Bob got me in for a new set of tires at very short notice. Great staff and they had me in and out in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend the Sylvania Tireman

Very unprofessional… one of the mechanics named Mike took a video of my car and posted it on social media making fun of because it’s not what they like or think is cool… definitely wouldn’t recommend

They gave me a great deal on 4 BF tires that I couldn't walk away from. My neighborhood and good people.

Took my 1999 Legacy wagon in for new tires and they offered a free alignment check which I accepted, knowing it hasn't had an actual shop alignment in probably 6 years and I'm the only one that has done adjustments on it since, and I've done plenty of suspension and steering work on it.

Of course they call me to tell me the alignment is out, and that I need to spend $100 for camber bolts up front on top of the $100 alignment.

But wait, virtually all Subarus including this Legacy have front camber bolts from the factory.

They insist that they aren't there, "someone must have swapped them out at some point". And I need to blow $100 on $10 worth of crash bolts or whatever junk they have on hand. The factory camber bolts are available from Subaru for $5.95 each.

Nah man just write me up for the tires and I'll take care of that later on myself.

The alignment wasn't even that bad. -1.2 degrees negative camber is not factory spec but it's not gonna wear tires abnormally or anything. The toe out is not good though. I fixed that myself.

Oh, and yes, the factory camber bolts are in fact, there, right where they always have been.

I guess my point is take it to Antonio at Perrysburg Tireman for alignments or learn to DIY (you can get pretty close with toe plates and an angle gauge). But this guy at Monroe just doesn't seem to be competent. Cost his employer $100 and saved me $100 so no hard feelings. The new tires seem fine. No issues there.

I've always had great experiences with Tireman. My dad was a loyal customer for years, so I became one as well. I don't feel like they've ever ripped me off. They might be more expensive than the"guy" you know, but they're legit and will fix any problems with guarantees. I've had issues with places and people everywhere over the years. Tireman always makes it right.

Aaron is the best! He has always been there when I needed him the most and I personally will never go to any other tireman or and other place to work on my car. They have done so much work for me over the years. Even if I have a problem they always work it out in the long run.

You can trust the people and great service at the TIREMAN location in Sylvania. A GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Aaron and his staff!

We’ve been doing business with them for years. They’ve always upheld a high level of integrity and give full disclosure with all of the work needed on our vehicles. Whether you know a lot or a little about vehicles, they take very honest thorough care in their services. Unfortunately, many auto service places and mechanics get a bad reputation for swindling and scamming - Tireman is doing an excellent job reversing that stereotype.

Manager Aaron Taylor and his team at Tireman are the only ones I trust with my vehicles. I’ve worked with Aaron and Tireman for over 20yrs and are my choice for tires, alignments and basically anything that doesn’t have to be done at the dealership.

GREAT WORK! Worked with Bob on a doozy of a request; he listened carefully to my musical-chairs wheels request and carefully repeated it back to me so we were sure we got it right! He called me personally to clarify and solve an issue during the service as well. While they were working on my new wheels, they helped address and fix a slow-leak issue with one of the wheels on my car as well! And when they were finished, they carefully packed everything back in my car so the new wheels would stay protected. All-in-all great work by Bob and his crew. I'm excited to get these new rims on my car in springtime!

They are always very friendly, they never try to talk you into things you don't need. I had a coupon but they gave me an even better discount than what my coupon was for. Would highly recommend.
