Tireman Auto Service Centers - Alexis Road (North Toledo)

I am convinced all the tiremen in this city are crooked. One downtown, they definitely tricked me out of money and when my decals were stolen in their parking lot they didn't care.

One on reynolds inspected my car because I had a nail in the tire and just decided not to tell me all the things wrong down there that they would of seen while fixing my tire.

One near point place told me I had 3200 worth of issues and that was just the beginning. Only when I started cryo.g hysterically did they change their tune and say none of it was really worth it and not a safety hazard and I should just get a new car.

Went to get a second opinion and although I don't really trust any car repair place, the place I went in perrysburg (not tireman) told me I had about 1200 dollars worth of damage. Some of it was what the previous tireman said but most of it was not.

I just say all this with in my personal opinion DO NOT go to tireman. They are all crooked and if not straight out lying they don't even tell you all the information that they should be required to give customers.

Make sure you have time because they will hold your cars for some days but they get the job done to the extent of your problem

Awful experience here. First I ordered the tires (only pleasant experience I had was with the guy named Justin here), they said they'd call me back in the morning once the tires arrived, they didn't call. I had to call 2hrs before I had to go into work to find out they had them. Then when they were putting the tires on, you'd think they tell you when they were done but no. They'll let you sit in their lobby for an extra hour before you ask about your car. And just to top it off, they don't even know how to read. They just fill tires to what they think is right for the car. If you value your time, DO NOT GO HERE

I baught 4 tires about a year ago. Service at that time was good. However since then I have tried to have tires checked and balanced. Call from appointment and was told that it is
durst come first serviced. Get there and am told it was going to be hoursbefire they can do it. Am single without any other transpertation and can t not leave the car. This has happened to me twice now. Way to honor warrantee work. Wich I paid extra for. Call Midas and they were happy to check ir. Took it right in and out. Quick fix. Will never go to tireman again. Midas has always given me good service on other care issues

This location is a joke. Took my car in because steering is stiff occasionally and making a whining sound occasionally, assumed it was power steering pump going bad. They called me and told me that I need a new rack and pinion and that I need a new steering column and that I have a power steering leak which I know I don't because I haven't had to put fluid in my car or have a puddle of fluid under my vehicle. Instead of taking my concerns with the noise my car was making they found all kinds of issues that didn't exist. Took the car to yark as it's a Ford and they are able to diagnose through Ford. They came back and told me it's a power steering pump going bad and that tire man wasn't accurate in saying anything about the rack and pinion or the steering column. Seems to me that they don't care about what the customer says. They are just trying to get as much money as possible without fixing the actual problem. I feel like they don't take anyone seriously. If I would have fixed my entire steering system like they advised I'd be out close to a grand. Instead I'm out less than 200 dollars and can fix the power steering pump myself. Do not take your car here. Ever.

Excellent service. My car was done by the time he told me it would be. Very thorough explanation of why things needed replaced. I will come back to this location hands down.

Went for a quote never ever got one said it would be a hour I stayed there all day wound up going home. Still waiting on a quote.

This is the 2nd time I have been called by them & told my vehicle was ready, only to get there & it’s not done, and expect me to wait hours until they are done. This is after the fact I tell them they can have the vehicle until they are done, and do not call me until it is done, I do not have time to waste.

I stopped coming here for no good reason. Tireman has earned my business and I will be back again. Decided to call around looking for the better deal. Tireman's quote was the lowest AND they offered shuttle services to and from my work. Great experience! Thanks Everyone!

I took my car in for air leaking in the tire issues I was told that I could use a coupon that they offered to fix for free if possible it turned out to be a nail in the tire 100% satisfied thank you Tireman on Alexis

Had an issue with my oil change. They jumped right in and took excellent care of me. Will recommend them as very very good service!

Purchased 4 tires.
All in all, a pleasant experience, EXCEPT I told the counterman that I MUST be on my way by a certain time. 10 minutes past that time. One of the pet peeves in the car
repair. Over promising!
