Bad service, false appointments, after five hours waiting no one served and told me they could not do anything, I hate them and I do not advise anyone to deal with liars
Of course, they postpone any customer who performs the after-sales service because it is free of charge and they do new repair work that brings them money. In the past the service was good, but now it is very bad. I don’t know if the reason is from the new management of the Central branch or for other reasons!

Price matched and got my car back to me quicker than the other place would have. Respectful and accountable!

Waited 4 hours kinda ridiculous just to find out it would cost me 1276.00 to fix my car and actually no explanation was given what was going on. There were 3 people in front of me for oil changes-4 hours to do 3 oil changes and we were all there by 730 first in line. Poor management at that shoppe should have stuck with my regular shoppe I always go too.

I had a problem with my equinox wheel shaking as I drive or at a stop light the wheel will shake bad. I was told it was other problems but I took it up to Tireman and let them look at. They found the problem which wasn’t what I was told the problem by a few other shops. I still have other minor stuff to take care on my vehicle. I’m glad the fellas fixed on my car and I got it back the same day. Thank you fellas at. I wiil be back for my oil change

I would definitely recommend they actually care about you I took my car in and got a quote came to find out it was dangerous to drive my car the manager told me I could leave my car in there parking lot until I got the money to get it fixed without even charging me I will always come to get my work done by them I really appreciate people that’s not just after your money.

When i arrived i told them what i needed done. Get back in my car and the same problem is still there all i get is a well it wasnt on the paper very rudly. Never recommend this place.

Everyone was very friendly especially an employee named Dave. I received an explanation of what work was needed and was told everything that was done when the work was completed. I recommended Tireman to family members.

I've been taking my car to Tireman for some years now because they're locations are conveniently placed throughout the city. They provide a great service for a typically lower cost. I would recommend Tireman to anyone.

Oh they have the best customer service these guys on Central in Toledo they have been there for years that lets me know they are on it I highly recommend if you are close by to swing by and get your car serviced there honest dependable and quick as in anything it's affordable considering the competitions out there

Made an oil change appointment four days prior online. Arrived on time. My appointment was at noon, my car wasn’t even started until 135p. I advised the counter person I had an appointment at 2pm and I had been waiting 90 minutes and my car hasn’t even been touched. He said he would have it done by two, if they didn’t rotate the tires. I agreed, but didn’t check out until 210p missing my appointment. Don’t have customers pre schedule online if you aren’t gonna honor the appointment.

I was greeted with a smile and concern for my situation. The timeline was met and my situation resolved! What more can a consumer ask for and to top it off at a very reasonable expense. Well done Tireman!

I badly needed two new front tires especially since snow is coming soon. They worked within my budget and even found I had a broken brake light and fixed it for me. They were very nice. I will definitely come back.

Tire man has been taking care of my cars for 18 years. I have been getting my cars serviced and repaired here since I started driving as a teen. They're reliable and trustworthy. Wouldn't go anywhere us.

Although the site is often crowded, I've always received quality service. The guys are pleasant and helpful. They try to give me any coupons they have available.

The general rule Tireman gives is to have a tire change in 1 hour. When they are busy it drives this to about 90 minutes. Really not too bad. But I have also been there as the only customer and it is still an hour. 40 minutes of that time my car just sat. Why? A positive is they usually have some tire available for every size. The downside: But only offer a very cheap or very expensive brand. Nothing in the middle. A definite ploy to upsell.

Thanks to the City of Toledo I blew out a tire when I hit a huge pothole yesterday afternoon. Luckily there was a Tireman location nearby and even though I needed a relatively uncommon low profile tire size Tireman was able to get a tire from one of their other locations and get me back on the road within a couple hours.

The work preformed on my car is always done well, the reason I've stayed with the company. The 2 star rating is because the sales staff tends to be rude and aggressively loud. I understand the feeling of being overwhelmed when at workb but showing it is very unprofessional; and working in customer service I've felt that way often. I am reminded that customers often mirror the person they are speaking with

Needed two outer tie rods replaced on a Saturday before driver from Toledo, Ohio to Dallas, Texas. They were swamped, but said have my car out by closing time. They were unable to have my car done by closing time, so they stayed almost 2hrs after hours to get my car done as promised. And made arrangements for me to get car. Very happy with work done and service
