Great communication around signing up for classes. Facilities seemed clean and staff were engaged, knowledgeable and helpful.

Update: 2 years later decided to return, stayed over a month before canceling. They no longer have bag sensors to track your workout. Weight Training Classes are incorrectly described and have no bag time at all. Didn't find out until i arrived that it's "just" kettlebell. Twice (second time was my fault). You have to wait until 6 days prior to sign up and the early class is almost always full. I wasn't a fan of someone coming through recording the class workout sometimes to post online. Instructors aren't always asigned ahead of time if you are someone that wants to stick with a specific one.i found the app to be just okay. Multiple times i would cancel and still get notifications that the class is starting or i had one instance i signed up but it didn't hit their system and one time i canceled and it didn't go through. Overall i just found schedule management painful. Everyone was excellent but i just found it too hard to sort out and got quickly demotivated to continue membership by the frequent "not quite what i want to deal with" moments.
