Absolutely love my nails! She did an incredible job and was super friendly and understanding. Definitely going to come back.

Their service is terrible. I pay 140 for a fill with the French tip look and a pedicure was just white toes a young guy did my nails at table number six. He put little acrylic on there and proceeded to sand the majority of it off Night of my nails are real. One is fake so that nail popped off. Two days later I went back they fixed it. It popped off again. I'm not going back again. I went somewhere else. They looked at my nails and said when did you get your nails done? I said 6 days ago. They said he barely put acrylic on your nails. They did not do your nails right at all and if they're doing this to everyone else they're doing it on purpose so people could keep coming back. I proceeded to hear one lady in there complain that her nails have popped off prior to her 2 weeks. Their purposely putting little acrylic on your nails so you keep having to come back to get things fixed or get a feel which out there in Wadsworth then people going to pay that money. They're not going to complain but I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and I had never seen nothing like that before ever

It's not a place to get a relaxing spa like experience. Nails were Ok after, but I got the feeling the tech was under pressure to go as fast as possible. Pedi only took about a half hour. Foot and leg massage were more like aggressive rubbing
Much to hard for a 72 yr old lady.
On the plus side I was able to get in last minute when my regular tech had to cancel, and I had an event that evening, so I got what I needed, a last minute pedicure. There were at least 6 techs working, and no one waited more than a minute or 2 after coming in

I went with my friend and the nail tech i had was absolutely amazing and she was very focused on doing what i liked and made sure multiple times i liked what she was doing and she really took her time but the nail tech my friend had was absolutely awful, he did not do what she wanted and when she told him she didn’t like something he continued to do it his way and at the end she went up to tk’s wife she was so rude and told her that is what she asked for and had to deal with it, like seriously come on.some other worker came over and told her she would fix her nails like they should’ve been done right the first time.

Tran did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. The leg massage was so nice. This has been the best place I’ve been so far.

I’ve been going here for years and todays bad experience will make me think twice about going back. I’d love the opportunity to speak to TK as he wasn’t in today.

Just had a pedicure with Cho. Can't say enough good things about her. She was very pleasant, attentive to every detail of my nails and gave a great massage. I just made another appointment with her!

This place is very clean but my nails have lumps in them and my thumb nail is longer than the other thumb nail. The lady I had was very nice but she was doing everything so quickly and didn't wanna have small talk. Seemed as if she was just trying to get it over with.

Got acrylic dip and TK did it. I e them! Very nice atmosphere definatly going back. Worth the money.
