Dr. K is very knowledge, flexible, professional, and personable. Most notably, she was the first of 7 different specialists I’ve seen over the course of years who was able to truly stop my pain at its roots. She also connected me with other professionals, as my specific case of TMJ required such. Where other specialists only offered me symptom treatment, Dr. K looked at the whole picture and was able to identify the factors causing my pain in the first place and develop solutions based on my unique situation. My healing isn’t fully complete yet, but I’m by far at my lowest pain level in years. Her team at the office is great as well. Always personable and patient, even when I was a grumpy, painful mess. I highly recommend Dr. K if you’re experiencing jaw pain- she fixed mine when no one else could!

Dr Kristina and her team, especially Laura and Carly, were exceptional in helping me get a better nights sleep. Dr K took her time to listen to my concerns and she came up with an effective treatment that transformed my quality of life, and sleep. Highly recommended!

Great friendly staff to work with. Appointments always on time. Doctor takes time to listen and not rush. Recommend by an ENT because of of ear issues. Didn’t even realize this kind of treatment was an option, however very happy I decided to go with it.

I learned a few new things that I am implementing on my own from Dr K and staff yet overall the experience equated to more suffering than the original pain that brought me to the office. I was told I was not compliant and had to part ways. After wearing a day appliance for 9 weeks straight, I could not longer tolerate the suffering it was causing me and asked for a treatment plan that didn't include the day appliance. I was told I had to wear it or stop services. I tried to educate that lack of compliance translates to the provider is unable to meet the patient where she is. That was not accepted by Dr K so I took the refund offered and am sad she would not find middle ground to work in. Scheduling was also difficult on their end. Be warned that you will spend a lot of $$$$ and need to do her plan exactly.

Dr. Kristina & staff are fantastic. They listen, learn about you, and give you all the tools you need to feel better. They give YOU the tools, it is up to you to take the advice and do the work to better yourself. This therapy will help you if you make the decision to help you too. Also, don’t be anxious- whatever you are feeling, they will make shes to hear you out. I will take all I was taught here with me and have a much better quality of life now due to these services.

I was dealing with chronic headaches and neck pain for nearly two years. I had tried physical therapy, chiropractors, deep tissue massage, and more, and nothing gave me lasting pain relief. I thought maybe my nighttime teeth clenching was to blame, so I sought help from Dr. Kristina. To say she has given me my life back is an understatement. She and her team are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They developed a treatment plan to help relieve the pressure on my TMJ and reduce my teeth clenching. Now that I have finished my treatment, I can say that I am nearly pain free! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Kristina if you are experiencing pain from TMJD or have sleep-disordered breathing.

Very happy to be seeing Dr. Kristina. Both herself and the staff are so pleasant and easy to work with. Finally finding a doctor who listens and is making a difference without crazy prescription medications is amazing. Very glad to have found them and am seeing some positive results.

I had been in pain for over 3 months in my right jaw when I found the TMJ and Sleep Therapy Center. Dr. Kristin and the entire staff
are very knowledgeable and friendly. In just a few weeks after starting the treatment plan I was 50% better. I would recommend Dr. Kristin to anyone who has TMJ issues. I am so happy to finally be pain free.

Dr. Kristina and all of the other ladies at TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of Cleveland have taken such great care of me since I started with TMJ symptoms. I called three specialists in the area and they got back with me the same day, since then they have been kind, compassionate, helpful, and friendly. It’s an amazing team of medical professionals! Their only objective has been to make me feel better and I have had much improvement since then! I definitely recommend their office to anyone having the same issues. I felt so hopeless when I started with treatment, but my pain is almost entirely gone and I’m so thankful!

This was a long process for me and not cheap. But the staff knows what they are doing and will work to solve your issues. They are extremely knowledgeable, caring and responsive. Trust them and you will not be disappointed.

I struggled with severe TMJ pain for several months. The pain had impacted my life so much that I was unable to enjoy my favorite things, time with my family & friends. I’d been examined & “treated” by dentists, an oral surgeon & physicians. I tried exercises for TMJ, Botox, & OTC pain meds but nothing worked. Finally I found Dr. Kristina, & began treatment. Almost 9 weeks after I began the process, I find myself 90% to 95% pain free. I am confident that once I complete the treatment plan, I will be completely pain free. I thank Dr. Kristina & I highly recommend her & her wonderful staff for anyone dealing with TMJ.

I have nothing but all around positive things to say about Dr. Kristina and her staff. My TMJ problems started last February, going to a countless amount of doctors trying to solve it. Other doctors were not personal with their patients and didn’t give as much attention to patients as Dr. Kristina. My jaw was in pain with a max opening of 36 mm but after my time spent in the office with her, I noticed a huge change. My max opening increased to 53 mm with no pain. Dr. Kristina cares about each patient and it was a great experience as her patient!

I think it has been a great experience! I have had a difficult time with doctors in the past. It is refreshing to come to a welcoming doctors office with great staff who know what they are doing!

After having suffered with deteriorative jaws and severe craniofacial pain since my late teens, I finally found someone who listened to all my symptoms and determined they were all stemming from an outdated orthodontic procedure. Dr. Kristina has not only been able to provide a treatment plan that has eleviated ALL my jaw pain, but has been able to show proof of the healing of the jaw joints themselves—all without any surgical interventions. And as an added bonus, my husband is no longer complaining about being bothered by my snoring. I will be forever grateful for the entire staff at The TMJ & Sleep Therapy Center for changing my quality of life and only wish I had found them earlier.
