I noticed a dramatic drop in the Roches the very next day. I mean it went from 100% down to 20% roaches crawling.

We have been using TNT exterminating for years. It started with carpenter bees. Now we get yearly treatment to keep those and other pests at bay. On our last visit the tech was George. He really listened to our concerns, addressed them and arranged follow up. He was great with our son and dog too!

I have been a customer of TNT for over 20 years. Wasps and yellow jackets love my home unfortunately. I am highly allergic! Ed came out today because we had noticed a few yellow jackets that somehow got in our basement and had also recently made a home in the outside of my home's brick. Ed assessed the situation, suited up and took care of the issue. He investigated my upstairs, roof and basement and explained thouroughly what he was doing. Ed was very knowledgeable, understanding and just AWESOME! He went above and beyond with EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you Ed for your hard work, dedication and time and getting rid of the yellow jackets!

I very much appreciated all of the work these guys did to help us get rid of two rats that made their way into our basement through a drain. Jeremy came out and throughly inspected our home and diagnosed the issue. Came up with a plan He was professional and thorough. Much better inspection than one of there competitors who charged us to come out for an inspection

We had a issue with springtail bugs. These tiny little things were everywhere. All around the flowerbeds, deck, step's and made it into our house. My in-laws were experiencing this as well. They told my wife and I that they had Mike from TNT come out and that he knows what they are and how to treat for them. So I called and asked if I could get Mike to come out and treat our home. They looked at Mike's schedule and made a appointment for us. Mike called me a half hour before my appointment to say that he is on his way. Mike arrived a couple of minutes early. I showed Mike the tiny little bugs. He sprayed all of the doors and windows in the house and then sprayed the foundation, flowerbeds, steps and under my deck. I would just like to said. It's nice to have a company that really train's their employees with the knowledge to do the job right the first time. Mike did an awesome job and was able to explain how he was going to treat for them. Now a day's you don't find to many people that take pride in their work. I can say. Mike is one that really does. Gentlemen named Joe did an excellent job. Very polite, courteous, happy and had great things to say about the company. Would recommend service with the company and have Joe as the person to come do the job.

Review based only on phone call to inquire about their service. The woman who answered the phone was so unhelpful. It was like she knew nothing about the exterminating business. I asked a question, long pause, unconfident answer or a question about mine. Happened several times, so I gave up. I will not be hiring TNT because of this.

Our commercial business had a service appointment scheduled at 7: 00 on a Saturday (a non business day). We were at our facility from 7am to 8: 30 am waiting for a technician, however at 8: 30, Cindy from TNT called to reschedule the appointment to next Saturday due to a call off. This type of service and business is unacceptable, unprofessional, and absolutely wasted our business's time and resources.

Nice people walked in ask my question and was told to go grab them and there good at what they do. They will kill what bug's you Lol

We had a small bed bug infestation localized to one room. We didn't want to mess around so we went with heat treatment. The give you 2 follow up chemical treatments included, we paid about 960. After the heat we were told there could.still be some activity which is why they do the 2 follow up chemical treatments. We did get bites after the heat treatment but after the first chemical the bugs were totally gone. The second chemical was just for peace of mind honestly. Staff at the office is nice, exterminators were very kind and understanding of our questions and concerns. Would recommend.

I want to give a shout out for Mike Kleinhenz's pest control service to our property. He is very pleasant and highly skilled in his work. We moved here from California 15 months ago and in that time, we have learned more from him about securing our home from pests than all the years in CA with the companies out there.
