2My sister bought a $60 pair of swishy pants and went to return them cuz they don't fit and the ignorant lady inside refused to take them back even with the receipt bc they were"wrinkled" from being in my purse. She said they weren't in the same condition as when I bought them. Duh. It doesn't say anything in the policy about the clothing not being wrinkled when returned. She's an ignorant lady and now I'm calling the better business bereau and reporting her ignorance and lack of customer service skills.
It's too dark in there and so is the staff. No customer service at all. I don't look like I wear their clothes. I almost walked out but with a look at the entire store I found something. Very gloomy! Prayers for them all. May God guide n protect them all. Amen
