Tom is amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure my water heater was properly fixed and installed. He was on time, professional, and he even took care a some minor issues that he found while swapping out the water heater. He could have waited until they became an issue and come back again. Rather, he was honest, and simply took care of it for me right then and there. When I asked how much, he said "don't worry about it. I had the part on the truck (it was a valve of some sort) and I did not want to leave you in a lurch. Then when he left, he actually swept the kitchen floor to make sure he did not leave a mess. All I can say is, if I have another plumbing issue, Tom is my first call

I had just moved into a new home and discovered several plumbing issues within the house. Tom was more than willing to correct these problems, and answered all of my questions in laymen's terms so I could understand. He provided a clear and fair estimate and then set up a completion date. He arrived fully prepared and was completely respectful of my home. His work was impeccable, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results!

My ejector pump went out in my basement a week ago. Tom from TNT Services Plus was called. We spoke over the phone about the problem and Tom picked up a new pump for me. We scheduled a time for him to come out to replace it. Tom arrived on time and was very professional. Tom had his son with him, showing him the business, which I thought was great because I like family owned and operated businesses. Tom did an outstanding job replacing the ejector pump. Even though it's not a very pleasant job they both were very friendly got everything cleaned up and was finished in no time!

If i could give this company 100 * i would, i have had them install water heat in my house and they did a perfect job and they also put one in at my work place.once again perfect job. Hands down to Tommy and his team.

Absolutely amazing! I was having issues with my water heater and they came out to my house the next day and replaced it with ease, he was very polite, answered all my questions, was quick and did an amazing job, and it's not easy in my little laundry room but he had no problems! Even texted a couple days after to make sure it was working correctly, and when I told him I wasn't sure about a noise it was making he came right back out to check it! Of course it was fine and works perfectly but it was still no problem to him and made me extremely happy. I highly recommend them!

Tom is super responsive and backs his work! He’s a fantastic plumber and has done a lot of work for us!

I’ve know Tom Wilson since about five years. Since the first job he did for me, he has been our “go to” guy for all our 33 rentals as well as our home. He is honest, hard working and very reliable. His quality of work speaks for itself. My tenants too have nothing but good words for him. I would recommend him to anyone who needs his services. I would give him 6 stars but the review has only five max.

We needed a new door put on our furnace room. Tom came to quote - reasonably priced. He was punctual and respective of our home. He asked what I wanted, made suggestions and came with the door and specific hardware I had requested. The door looks great! Tom cleaned up the area and garage before leaving. I will use him in the future. Highly recommended!
