TNT Tanning Salon, Akron OH

While TNT offers high-quality tanning beds, I was disheartened by the manner in which a post-employment incident was handled. Despite acknowledging an oversight on my part and attempting to rectify it, I was met with a disproportionate reaction that led to a ban from their services even as a paying customer. Furthermore, certain comments made by higher-ups regarding the situation felt unprofessional and unwarranted. I hope for improved communication and a more understanding approach in the future for both staff and customers, it’s unfortunate because I believed in TNT as a company and really promoted their business, now I definitely would not recommend.

Sad day today! So apparently the young girl Bri that is a "manager" lol thinks she can tell paying customer what they should do! I've been tanning at this place for years, bit not anymore, bri is lazy always sitting on her phone talks about customers and other employees. The beds are always dirty when she works! It's sad that this place keeps employees like bri. She lost tnt this paying customer! DO BETTER TNT

New customer! Girl at front desk recites the sign with prices. I ask if coupons are available. Says she knows nothing about that. I'm told in a disparaging tone that no one has ever asked her about a coupon. That was a little embarrassing. I then had a question about something on their website. She made it clear that she has "no idea" what's on the website, because she's never looked at it. It's not the five dollar coupon, it's the overall lack of customer service.

Beds were amazing, sales pitch was too much. Buy this, add this, charge this.decided to only go once. Very expensive, but the beds are worth it

You will have an amazing base tan after just 3-4 visits, without the burn!

I was so excited to find out that this bed was available at a location close to me!
This bed is in a league of its own!

I know a lot of people say it’s expensive, but you get what you pay for…In just 3-4 visits you get the tan you would have gotten tanning for a month in other beds! ;)

This Salon is the best and it's always so nice and clean and the worker Jennifer is awesome.

Staff was very helpful and very nice. They offer a 1st visitor deal that is outstanding. You can’t turn it down.

2 of the 5 employees are good people. The young girls are rude and never have beds cleaned. Bulbs are way too inconsistently replaced. Owners have skimped on getting good staff as well as training them and lackluster interest in maintaining the place. Instead they continuously spend more on seasonal decorations than the beds themselves.
