Extremely happy with the quality of the internet, minimal downtimes, and very quick response time when needed. Tech support has been amazing the couple times I've needed them. I've been a customer for 3 years and will not change.

They took my money 4 times with one bank card. Then other times with my other bank card. I called them at 10: 20am this morning on Tuesday October 10 2023. The one bank had to put a block on my debit card because of them. They are thieves.

I have been with them for 20 yrs or more and they have always responded to my questions. They are an awesome internet service.

I have always had a good experience with this business. Friendly prompt customer service, and no hassle payments.

Scammers. Too expensive for what you get. Got their service 2 years ago. I either buy the modem for $100 at install or pay $10/month for 1 year at $120 and I own it. Went to cancel my account and they say they never heard of this deal I had and that ice basically been renting my modem this whole time

They are the best! Responsive to my call with follow ups. Got me an appointment for repair the next day. Amazing! And I live in Wisconsin and they are in Ohio!

I've had Toast internet for about 3yrs now and love it. They are very friendly and helpful. The service has been flawless! The prices never change unlike some cable companies that always price gouge. I have referred customers to them multiple times and received a large discount on my next bill each time. Keep up the great work!

I've had this Internet over a year & they just doubled my speed free of charge. You definitely don't hear FREE often from any company. Out of the year I've had it I've never had a problem with my internet not working. If I ever have any questions they always answer the phone. I'm extremely satisfied with this service!

Customer service fantastic. Real people answer the phone. So glad my daughter talked me into going with Toast. It just took her 2 years. We had been with Comcast since they had been in Hendersonville and got tired of high price and talking to computers and foreign countries. Love love Toast

I needed to have my Fiber installation redone after 5 years
of uninterrupted srvice. I called customer service at Toast and they handled the process flawlessly from begining to end. I am extremely happy with the company and I would not trade them for anything. Thank you Toast.

Most awesomestest ISP around. They lowered my price and didn't even ask for it. Who does that? They do!
