I have a 2009 Ford Escape that needed a windshield replaced.
Eddie inspected the vehicle and explained what work would need to be performed.
He confirmed he had the proper part and asked if I would like to inspect it before installation.
While talking with Eddie I could tell that he is knowledgeable about the repair that would be done. While the vehicle was being repaired, Eddie’s staff noticed that the drainage for the sunroof was restricted by debris and cleaned out drainage ports. The repair was finished with in time that was promised and very professional.

Had my back driver side window done with in an hour and quoted me exactly what he charged me very knowledgeable and even told me i needed my back rotors and brakes changed.

I was early to my Appointment, they got me in right away! The Gentleman in the Office was very Friendly and Professional! They did an Amazing Job! The office is very comfortable to relax in while being able to watch your vehicle get work done! Overall, Grateful and I’d recommend them to anyone!

Had an appointment at 9 and was out there at 9: 49. Excellent and impressive service. The guys there were very nice and you can’t beat the pricing! Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. I got a quote and was able to make an appointment the very next day! Which might I add came in handy because my front windshield was getting worse and worse by the minute. The quote they gave me was very competitive and it only took them 30 minutes to install my windshield. I hope never get into this situation again but if I do I will be sure to give them another call.

The best price in town. When I told the SafeLite guy the Auto Glass quote of $200, he immediately said 'I can't touch that. ' And when I got to my appointment with Eddy (same day), I was in and out in less than an hour - even with him taking the time to take apart my door panel when he noticed it was broken from the inside. Then he quoted me only $75 to order the door part and install! Awesome shop, great customer service.

This place was great! Got my car in the same day and was done by the next morning. The price was $200 cheaper than other quotes that I received and he was true to his word! He went above and beyond to save me money and went out of his way to help me find a used quarter glass piece (new cost $300+!). I would highly recommend this business:)

I was not a customer but my 22 year old daughter brought her car in for window repairs. They were able to find a used window and the cost of the repair was nearly half of what another more well known company would have charged. The repairs completed very quickly and charged the amount quoted. I would highly recommend this company.

I 100% recommend this place! Within 20-30 minutes of me dropping off my car, he was already finished with the replacement. Also, he has the most reasonable prices in Toledo & Sylvania! I will definitely be coming back for future maintenance on my car.

Highly recommend for all your auto window repairs. He was very accommodating and professional. When I called he was able to get me in the same day. It took less than an hour for them to replace my rear window and they also cleaned out all the broken glass from my truck. I seriously can't say enough good things about this business. I will definitely be going back to get my front windshield replaced and recommending them to everyone I know.

This place left my pillars and panels not correctly put back. They are full of lies and disrespectful to your car. They rushed the sunroof and didnt do it right. I was told they would redo it I called many times just to get lied to smh. I had to contact my bank to get my money back because of how the conduct business. Say it's not true and I'll upload the photos. I could put so much in this review!

I had a windshield installed, it mysteriously broke a few months later. Turns out it was installed broken and also was put in with double stick tape instead of liquid rubber. Would not recommend them.
