This shouldn't have to be said but this place is a salvage yard.crazy right? The reason I mention this is people seem to think that a business is purposely selling bad parts from the other reviews but you need to understand they have know way of knowing if a part is good or for how long it will be good, nor do they know if the person installing is qualified. When you get a part at any salvage yard you are assuming some level of risk, not all can be pinned on the yard. It is for this reason to know what you are doing, expect to do your own due diligence (get photos of the wreck, do an oil analysis, research the part for known issues, etc) and check everything thoroughly before installing. Personally I only use none-wear parts from these places like doors/mirrors/body items/interior trim/etc. Parts that wear out like starters/alternators/electronics (corrosion) and drive train, must be used with caution. Having stated the obvious, I found this place to be fast, professional and reasonable priced. The body part I bought has worked out wonderfully and was the best price around. If you are looking for a salvage yard for your project, I see no reason not to trust these guys, just don't be the person who doesn't take responsibility for their own mistakes.

I run a automotive shop it will never do business with them again. I had a customer pay for an engine I went and picked it up. Went back there with the engine core and the receipt. I'm guessing it's the owner Arabic guy told me that I could not have the core money because she was not with me even though my name is on the receipt due to me picking it up. I don't care about the $45 obviously he need's it more than me. Very poorly ran business. I know several people that run automotive shops around town I would definitely spread the word not to do business with them.

We bought and installed a Ford 6.7 engine that turned out to be bad. Salesman sold us on the motor with a 90 day warranty for $7900.11 days later we received the engine, the EGR system had been deleted. Paperwork says 30 day warranty but does not specify 30 days from purchase or delivery date. 35 days after purchase and 25 days after delivery we realized the motor was bad. No compression and no way to fix it. Toledo Auto Parts refused to help, the owner confirmed we were told there was a 90 day warranty saying "the salesman asked me if we could provide a 90 day warranty but our policy is 30 days only" even knowing that his own salesman misrepresented the warranty policy the owner would not honor it. The owner said we could buy another motor for $4500 and pay shipping both ways and to call him back the following Monday. We don't have a wholesale freight shipping account so shipping would cost over $1200 each way. On Monday I called and was told the owner was not in, I left a message. Tuesday I called and was told the owner was not in, I left a message. Wednesday Thursday and Friday I called and each day I was told the owner is not available and I left a message. No call back. No follow-up. No help of any kind. Now we have a truck with a bad engine and no recourse. We paid wire transfer which was a mistake. Other sellers offered 6 month warranties and payment with credit card. Never pay with a wire transfer. We have been taken advantage of by Toledo Auto Parts. I would not recommend this business.

I walked in and they were very attentive. They helped me with the car part I needed and got it out to me quickly. Very personable and nice. Clean place.

Went to get the wheels changed on my Jeep. Mike was very helpful. The staff were very fast at changing two rims, switching a tire, and fixing a blinker. Prices were super reasonable. Mike took us out to the yard and showed us the parts. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be replaced and was very accommodating. Very honest business, they didn't try to oversell us parts.

I came to this shop mind you I never heard of the shop before, I came in with a broken rim for my challenger and the staff here is absolutely outstanding, they ordered my new rims and tires they were all pleasant, respectful, and extremely helpful I’ll stick with Toledo auto parts for my car care health THANK YOU FELLAS I’ll definitely be back!

Offered me $400 for a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee after telling him I was offered 2300 from one place and 900 from another why even make the offer thats just disrespectful and this was after being on hold for some time left a bad taste in my mouth for sure

I drove from MichiganAn hourTo buy an engineNever said anything about warranty issuesAnd I'm not a licensed shop so the warranty would be void tried selling me an extended warranty for 400 more so I did not buy it even tried to convince me to ignore the company policy hanging right on the wall wasted 2 1/2 hrs and 1/2 tank of Gass please go elsewhere

Told me they had my needed part drove 45 min there had me wait over half hour then told me sorry we cant help you id never go there again

My moms battery was giving her issues, so we went by toledo auto parts and they were so polite, fast, and helpful in assisting us with the battery. They were even going to help free of charge with popping in a headlight. Unfortunately they weren't able because of the location of the headlight. Thank you again sincerely

Horrible place to go! Drove almost 2 hours to pick up a part they said they would have the part ready and in his office. Got there, not ready and he lied about it. Horrible place and service, I would not buy a used paperclip from this guy.

Sold me half of the shaft I paid for and a door switch that didnt work. I was told they will call when the rest of the shaft is off, Its been over a week and havnt heard anything. Poor customer service.
