I think they are a great group of me, just doing there job. Be mindful that they don't make the rates and the rules. Best experience I could of have had. Life could be much worse

Absolutely horrible. I spent the night at a friends house and woke up and my car was gone. I called them and asked if it was there and they said yes. They charged me 275 to get it out. They were rude and very condescending. I was there from open to close trying to get a tow and when I couldn’t get one the one officer told me to get out and stand outside the gates because he was getting ready to lock the door. My cars still there and I’m sure they’re going to charge me for another day. This is ridiculous. Very unorganized and all those pencil pushing officers need to be replaced and fired.

These cowards don’t even answer the phone! Letting these bacon cowards take people stuff there but don’t answer! Karma is coming for the cops and everyone who works here! Thank u

Very risky to drive back in the lot, full of broken glass ant tire damaging objects. Not kept up at all.

Other than driving a friend there to get his van released for a tow home I've never been there. He seemed to able get his task done pretty quickly. Only 3 stars because, let's face it no one who doesn't make a living out of your inconvenience.

My vehicle was towed for no plates. I went to get some items out of vehicle without a way of getting in trunk. I asked if I could come back to retrieve the other items. The officer in tan suv was one of the rudest people I have ever met. He basically told me I cannot come back and get my other items and that i was not allowed to drill/pop the lock on my trunk on the property. Not sure what he gets paid for but I thought that was his JOB to assist people.
