Tollgate Shopping Mall reviews
16If you can, get here early parking lot can be very crowded. But a good sale helps with that any day.
Had everything I wanted but small sweet grape style tomatoes all had mold in them. Obviously no freshness check had been done on them recently. Asked cashier to please pass on this info.
Toll Gate was fine. Krogers on the other hand was much to be desired. We're well beyond covid-19 but you couldn't tell it by the lack of goods not on the shelves. I know it was Easter weekend but you would think the would have been prepared. Out of date eggs and milk limited popular beer on hand. Can't blame the students, they were noticably missing.
What's the deal Krogers? Is it time to start shopping at Walmart, Meijer's or Aldi's?
Disappointed that there was no effort to shovel snow. Only reason it is gone is because it melted after two weeks!
This brand new Kroger aims to please and has a full array of deli and seafood. Great pre- packaged sushi selections.
This has a couple of warehouse outlet stores. Alot of the stuff are on skids and one location has skids with multiple stuff. You have to buy the whole thing without knowing what all is on it. Some furniture is nice but doesn't seem like it is very cheap for a wholesale price.
Able to get my 1st COVID vaccination. They also scheduled for the 2nd shot while we were there. We were willing to take a short "road trip" from the Cincinnati area.
I used the pick up service after work to get the groceries I ordered at the beginning of my day.
It's nice to be able to use this service especially after working all day, inclement weather, or if you just don't feel like dragging kids out of the car, around the store and back out to the car again. And you can more easily stick to your budget without kids or yourself putting items not on your list in the cart!
This Kroger is stocked and has more options than most I've been too. Staff is friendly and parking is good.
Best grocery store in town great deals if you gotta kroger plus card. Plus saves 10 cents a gallon on gas for i think every 100$. There are deals everywhere you look mostly 10 for 10 deal on a variety of things. The employees are awesome.
They even have employees that shop for you an they bring it to your car. An they have insta-cart witch is people doing your shopping an they will bring it right to your house for a lil fee. An if you do use instacart them people deserve a cash tip too.
The parking lot is run down and the mall owner doesn't keep the building up it looks like the whole mall could collapse any time now.
This is THE best Kroger around. They have sushi, a Starbucks, and a great bakery. If I lived in Oxford I’d be here all the time.
Nice people and they are surely helpful. I visited looking for a specific item which I could not find. The staff was helpful and helped me find it pretty quickly.
Stopped at MOON Coop for sone last minute food for sopper. Always clean and had everything we needed.
Oxford Kroger is almost as bad as Walmart by forcing you to use self checkout or stand in long lines. It's hard to get a cart sometimes especially the small ones. For a store that busy it's not managed very well.
Clean and all.but Kroger left a little to be desired. The deli personnel were rude to my mom, and seemingly dazed and confused. The store being busy or not, my mom called ahead an order, a couple of days in advance, having worked and retired from the Kroger company after working there many years. She defended the customer service rep at the counter whereby l left biting my tongue.
People that go into customer service jobs need to remember that they chose that line of work, we didn't choose it for them! So when a customer comes in and kindly says they're here to pick up an order, maybe take a deep breath and try and put on a smile before responding so that way the customers don't have to hear you nastily tell them they're going to have to wait while you finish doing what you're doing (which why even ask what we need before being ready to service the customer? !)
Later, my mom told us that the store called the day before and asked "why they hadnt come and picked up their order yet? " After being being told that the order wasn't supposed to be picked up, the man on the phone begins to debate it until he quickly sees the label. I didnt mind the mix up with the call but I'm still laughing about the idea that they would debate something BEFORE a final confirmation was done! Haaa
But, again, the store was clean and the customer service at the register seemed to make up for the customer service at the deli:)
