I went in to have my brakes looked at because it fells like I have a warped rotor, but the said they were good. I made an actual appointment to have them checked properly. But I have to drive with them another 3 weeks. So I'm not satisfied with my service.

The service was great! Traveling from Canada to Tennessee and having problems with our vehicle creates stress. Staff understood and did all they could, in a timely manner, to get us back on the road.

On September 18, my Jeep Renegade wouldn’t start, displaying multiple warnings. I took a video hoping it would be helpful. When I bought my vehicle I purchased the extra warranty, which has come in handy two other times. I called Tom Ahl to let them know what was going on and that I took a video to show them all the warnings displayed.
I had the Jeep towed and rented a car. Assuming when you drop the vehicle off to service you’re actually making an appointment, I was surprised to find out when I called to follow up they were trying to squeeze it in. It took them 17 days to LOOK at my Jeep. Ended up being my battery but until it was replaced they weren’t sure if there was any other issues.
Next day I picked up my Jeep and while paying for the repair and the rental car, the service staff informed me that if he would have known I jumped my Jeep to get it there he would have put it through the express check, which would have been a lot faster. (Wish I would have known express was an option before I had to pay 18 days for rental car)
I was furious at this point because I never had it jumped but offered them my video showing them everything that was lightning up. When I asked him why my check battery light didn’t come on and why everything else was going crazy, he said when there isn’t enough power, it will cycle through the other warnings. He also informed me that the battery light doesn’t come on when you need a battery. I’m sorry what?

My purchase at Tom Ahl in Lima went very well. From the test drive to the final paper work it went smooth. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The worker that helped me with my buy was Adam H. Hi there. They checked my battery and said it was fine. I just tried to start it this morning and my jeep is dead.

I love this place. Only people I will buy from and only people I let touch my vehicle for maintenance or repairs. They are fast and very very good. Never have had any issues at all.
