Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium reviews
16When you had to walk across the street to get tickets seen a young kid with a pistol walking around could see the handle hanging out never go back security in parking lots sitting in cars not walking around outside I know the kid did not go in game cause of metal detectors but walking around out side
Parking needs Bathrooms installed because they don't have any and you have to wait for the stadium to open but it's a nice stadium
My first time to the FHOF and I enjoyed myself. I can’t wait until next year to go back for the experience again
They double sold out seats, and during an event had customer service shut down. We couldn't find a staff member anywhere. We ended up finding better seats so it worked out but this could have been a nightmare.
Was at the stadium for the Hall of Fame induction and later for the Zac Brown Band concert. The stadium is easy to enter and exit, clean with clear signage and plenty of concessions and restrooms. It's a great size for a concert and I can't wait to go back for a football game. Love the changes because I remember the old stadium that was there before
Hall of Fame Village need to get their act together. Was at every NE Ohio vs America game on Aug 19th and their football coverage was riddled with issues. Referees without working radios, game clock operator doesn't start or stop correctly, and nonstop music during games including during active plays. The worst though was when they continued to play explicit rap over the national anthem. Embarrassing for the Hall of Fame.
Great venue! 1st time there it was hard to see the section numbers without knowing where to look.
Wow I love The New Hall of fame village I'm proud it's in the city I live in I must say
They have put CANTON back on the Map I consider this as a Tourist Town now and for everyone who left Their are so many opportunities here now for young people please stay and let your light shine here Housing is still reasonable and to start business's here now are very easy don't sleep on your dreams That the Lord has given you.
The stadium is nice and had some accommodations for people with mobility issues. The staff were all very kind and helpful
The stadium is new, nice and clean. But F&B a bit lack luster. Ran out of food at a ticketed event at halfway point. How does that happen? Prices are reasonable, though.
Came here for the hall of fame induction weekend and it was a really great time! Nice stadium, very walkable and decent concessions. Seats were comfortable and cup holders are always a plus. Definitely recommend catching the hall of fame game and seeing the hall beforehand
The Hall of Fame game was a great game, and Tom Benson stadium is a fantastic venue. We attended a few USFL games as well, what a nice stadium close to home.
I attended the Hall Of Fame Enshrinment Ceremony and Hall of Fame/Preseason game here. All personnel were attentive, patient, and helpful with attendees. All the bathrooms were clean and stocked. Now for the Musum... It was fantastic, informative, and visually satisfying. I would recommend video/Audio recordings from players and coaches at locations throughout to heighten immersive experience.
Got to go see the enshrinement of Joe Thomas! Food was also great at the stadium, and experience was wonderful.
A place where everyone came together, to enjoy all the activities and the football game, it was a pleasant experience.
Nice venue but food and beer pricey, $12 large draft, $8 brat, $8 pretzel, both were stale.
