As always - wonderful, quick service. Did a great job. And very reasonably priced.
They are unorganzied company. You call for service they don't know who they are servicing and what addresses for that day. They have few employees so if you need emergency service do not call them.
Had a plumbing emergency when a pipe fixture broke, slowly flooding our basement. Dan arrived WITHIN AN HOUR of my call to my rural location. He was courteous, professional and had the issue repaired inside of an hour. Highly recommended, thanks again.
My home warranty company assigned a work order to this company for heating repairs, they NEVER even contacted me! I called one time to follow up and the receptionist that answered their phone was nothing but extremely rude! She said she could not tell me when they could come out and look at the unit, she only took messages for her boss. While I was still talking to her, she straight hung up on me! I would NEVER use this company and needless to say, my home warranty company has thankfully assigned a new heating and a/c company.
After multiple attempts to get ahold of the company with no returned calls or ignored calls. Had to contact my home warranty to request a new contractor. Was told by warranty that they could not service my furnace. If this is the case they shouldn't be excepting contracts from the warranty company.
