TOMO Sushi & Hibachi Restaurant, Cleveland OH

The food was amazing the waitress supper friendly and helpful. The hibachi chef was fun to watch! Loved the experience!

Sushi was not whole fish. It was some sort of fish mash. And I know i visited in Cedar Point but the prices were rather high and the sushi was tiny portions. Definitely would not recommend

The manager was horrible after an already horrible experience. I very nicely asked them to fix a mistake THEY made and they not only refused to fix it but I paid full price. 100% do not recommend!

Tomo was an amazing experience. My sister and I brought our dogs and they were able to accommodate us outside and even brought them a dog bowl! The food was delicious, I would definitely recommend the gorilla roll! Lily, our server was so kind and helpful. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Tomo!

It was my first time at a hibachi grill, but it was a great experience. The food was amazing. We had the yakitori, tomo hibachi special, California roll, and special christmas roll. They were all delicious. It was fun to watch the food being made. The drinks were well made too. The waitress was very attentive and helpful as well. The price is higher than I would normally spend, but food was well worth it.

I didn't have any food however the cocktail was very good. Nice jazz playing and all of the staff were skilled and attentive.

Rude and aggressive woman yelled at me to sit down when I got up from the table to take a phone call. I had not yet been joined by my party but I did not want to disturb other guests, and she yelled from me to sit down as if I am here child. Never again.

Stopped in for a drink as we were walking around exploring Cleveland. My drink had little black floaties in it from the ice (you could see the black stuff in the ice I'm assuming mold from the ice machine) I asked for my drink to be remade without the ice and the bartender just stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language. 0/10 will never go back again. I can't imagine how horrible the food is if that's how they do their drink service.

Waited an hour for hibachi to start when it was slow! I considered waking out the very second I knew it was going to be bad service, but stayed as my friend insisted. Terrible and I’d never go back. I recommend Fujiyama in Avon for hibachi! The food was bland, food was cold since the cook didn’t know how to cook all at once, drinks weren’t attended to, I was left to sit by myself while getting there without being offered a drink or app, had to ask for my check because I would’ve sat there longer. DO NOT GO THERE! Plus the bathrooms aren’t disability accessible. 0/5 stars if I could be realistic. Honestly I wish I asked for a 100% refund. We just left, got there at 7: 30 and we left at 10! Ridiculous! It wasn’t even busy! That’s very telling!

I wish there were more restaurants in Cleveland like Tomo. The food is excellent and fresh. By far the best sushi and sashimi in the entire region. I see people speaking of the small portions. Tomo is about quality, not quantity. After living in NYC 25 years I’m happy to have discovered Tomo

Wow. Owner is a misogynistic CHODE. Definitely needs to check himself as he is RUDELY and unnecessarily commenting on women’s bodies. Very gross and highly inappropriate. You should NOT be in customer service let alone anywhere if you continue with derogatory comments towards your customers.
