Tool House Incorporated reviews
7Very friendly staff! So much Milwaukee red I didn't know what to do. I'll be back for sure. Their location can sneak up on you while following navigation so pay attention. The entrance is the unmarked door on the left.
Friendly service priced right. New tool prices were outrageous though, but that's not what I go there for.
Great customer service and productive environment. Excellent selection of sawzall blades, drill bit and other tools. Just about every new Milwaukee M18 fuel tool is available for same day purchase. Will be back again!
My husband was so happy he found this place. He has a old campbell hausfield compressor that the switch caught fire.we coyld not find the part anywhere. He found this place and they upgraded it for him. They were very professional and the price was great. They were done with it very quickly too. I would recommend thia place to anyone needing this type of work done. Thank you guys
I personally took my saw apart, but because of my schedule I decided to take it to a repair shop, using the manufacturer website it directed me to tool house. When I dropped it off, I listed about $200 dollars worth of parts it needed. Almost 2 months later my saw was done and ready to be picked up. My invoice shows $20 worth of parts replaced and the saw is no where near to being fixed nor does it even turn on. Not one time was I contacted regarding concerns about the repair. Needless to say I will not be recommending them
My electric lawnmower died and when I called the manufacturer they directed me to The Tool House Inc.for repair. The mower was under warranty so there would be no out of pocket expense.
It took 7 weeks to get my mower repaired, and that's after numerous calls. At one point The Tool House Inc claimed the motor was on back order, but when I called the manufacturer I was told there was an abundance in stock and there were no orders from The Tool House Inc or under my name.
One positive point I do need to make is that everyone I talked to was very nice and tried to help me.
2 stars because they sharpened the blades for me for free and because the mower was repaired.
