I have been salon shopping in the Oakley area for 8 years. Top nails is the best. Finally a salon that provides great service, friendly staff, and beautiful nails- every time. Reliable with appointments and consistent on my acrylics.

I am very unhappy about my last experience. I have been to this place one other time and I thought I could possibly make this into a regular. I went in this time and had a pedicure tech was extremely nice. Went to the nail tech for a full set, I told her I wasn’t a fan of the shape and because the nails were not proportionate to the other nails, too short compared to the other nails (I asked for almond she did a short stiletto.) She became very rude condescending and rude and told me to get out of her chair! In front of everyone and management did not apologize for her behavior. An apology goes a long way, but how she spoke to me was unacceptable.

Absolutely great customer service from everyone! Friendly service, expert nail techs as a very clean environment. I go about every 3 weeks and have had different nail techs. All have been great, but Sophia is by far the best! I am really rough on my hands and my nails always come through looking great;

Bella does my mani and pedi she is the best, she does designs and is very talented! Top nails is always nice and clean and all the people in there are very nice as well definitely recommend them all!

I’ve been regularly coming to Top Nails for about 2 years. Compared to other salons in the area their prices (at least for dip) are very reasonable. I’ve only ever had a problem with chipping or cracking nails a couple of times. When I did go in to fix a problem with my nails within a couple days of getting them done, they were so nice about it and got me all set with no charge. Jessie specifically is the sweetest and I love that the staff recognizes me when I come in. I am rarely put on hold when making an appointment and it is always an easy process to do so.

I had a big event coming up. My nails were a mess. Andy took care of me and matched my nails to my dress and they look great.

My manicurist Moon is wonderful. Her massage techniques keep me coming back. Moon always makes me feel special and she is very gentle and an excellent technician. I have been going to Moon for over a year and feel very fortunate to have her to take care of my hands and feet.

A two hour wait and the place is empty is unacceptable! 2 nail tech doing nails. 2 at the front desk and 2 doing feet! They need employees bad!

Always clean and so friendly, they are amazing and my nails turn out flawless every single time. I'm truly impressed, I'm rough on my hands and my nails never last but this is the ONLY salon I've found where mine last for 3+ weeks without cracks, breaks, and chips. Love them!
