16 End of service, waitress CHARLENE B. Was extremely rude and unprofessional! I was going to tip this woman in CASH she thought she wasn’t getting tipped because I didn’t tip her from the card (someone else’s) I was tipping from my own cash ($50) she rushed our table to leave and took the booklet while I was on the phone instead of being patient. Came back and directly said to one guest at our table “thank you for your generosity” like I wasn’t going to tip her. I then asked for the manager who did NOTHING but take the waitress side. What is customer service nowadays? She was extremely rude and out of line. Shaking her head and walking away. I will not come back to this location
Update: I spoke to the manager and she didn’t do anything about it.
Great food and drinks, met w Borsuk Design for business lunch. Can hit balls or just hang out in the many seating areas. Staff always seems really nice.
Topgolf superceded my expectations! The place is clean.the service is great.the food is fantastic.the drinks are impeccable.the game itself was so much fun.even though it is outdoors they have the game area heated along with heated couches.it was such an enjoyable time well spent with the family!
I paid $25 to reserve a bay for this coming Saturday and just received a phone call that they are cancelling all weekend reservations as they cannot fit in the reservations with the corporate events and walk-ins. They said that there would be a couple hour wait even with the reservation and they didn't want their reservation customers to be upset.
Absolutely ridiculous that they would charge $25 for a reservation that doesn't even go towards the bay rental and then have to "fit you in" with the walk ins.
Overall experiences was good, food, venue, overall atmosphere. Two stars for the end of the experience. When I went to pay they initially refused my cash payment. Asked if I wanted change ($64 bill, $100 payment), and ultimately accepted a cash payment and tip from me and cash tip from the rest of my party that were present.
When I attempted to discuss this with the waitress she used Covid as an excuse to not take my cash while she was wearing her mask below her nose. Furthermore, continued to accept cash as a tip. The manager also stated that the preferred method was credit card, but was willing to accept cash as opposed to voiding my bill.
When I contacted a Steve Korey (the business card I was given the day of incident), he reinforced the discouragement of paper money due to Covid transmission. He stated however that he could not speak on if she was wearing her mask appropriately, just that they were required to wear them. He stated that it 'should' be posted that credit cards are the preferred tender, yet it was not visible throughout the venue without searching for it specifically.
This seems like unnecessary embarrassment that could have been resolved by simply accepting the legal tender (cash).
My other 3 visits have been more than 5 star visits.
I hate writing this review because I really enjoy Top Golf, but this experience really changed my view on this particular location. I’m very disappointed with the communication of this location. We made a reservation to come here on a date night. Granted it was a last minute reservation but we put money down to hold the spot and we don’t live anywhere near here. So the fact that we just spent 50 minutes driving to get here just to be told that our reservation was cancelled due to them being “event heavy” was less than satisfactory.
I wouldn’t be as upset if we were given some kind of heads up that they couldn’t honor the reservation but because that didn’t happen, we will be very hesitant to come back with the possibility of getting a reservation cancelled again.
Waited 2 whole hours just to not get a bay, tons of workers just standing there doing nothing.whats the point of a reservation if you cant get the time.its all good, got a topgolf cup for the trip home.
Wife woke up early to make a reservation one week early just so we could get on the list. Top Golf cancelled our reservation because they decided they only wanted to only accept walk-ins the day of our reservation.
Why even have reservations if they just get cancelled?
It also took us well over an hour to speak to someone at Top golf to explain why our reservation got cancelled. What a headache! My suggestion DONT WASTE YOUR TIME MAKING A RESERVATION
Golf was Awesome but the kitchen got our order out to us backwards. Last thing ordered was first out and first thing ordered showed up 30 minutes before our time was over. Service was great just a slow kitchen and bar.
Waited 2 hours for a bay with a reservation, I saw multiple groups come in later get a bay before me. My group decided to sit by the bar to get some food while we waited. A server never came to us so we had to keep getting up and going to the bar to get drinks and order our food. When we got our food it was all cold. When we got a bay it took 20mins to get beers! Even when we got to play half of our shots weren’t being recorded by the machine.
Great time me and my son had today at topgolf. The food was amazing. Highly recommend this place.
Try to call and talk to someone about anything. Will not reach a single person. Then went there and ask manager about calling. He said that is there because they have to have a phone. But nobody will answer. They get enough business without worrying about the phone. Wow just wow.
My visit to Top Gulf was nice I will go again the food was great I had a great time with friends
You want to be an early bird here. Cheaper rates and less congestion.
Food: Decided to grab a couple of beers and food to warm up on a chilly morning. Food was better than expected. Servers are always attentive. Manager on duty even came around to interact and make herself known incase we had any questions or concerns.
Golf: Always Fun! Sign up for texts/emails for promo codes. Also, you can ask a friend who has Tmobile for a special bogo hour code.
Bunch of nasty smelling people who didn’t care that we waited to hours for a reservation. People walked in and got seated right away but we waited 2 whole hours and nothing came to us. One of the mustiest places ever.:)
It is a family members birthday and we had made a reservation but when we got there they had canceled all reservations for the day because it was so busy like that should not be aloud because you make a reservation for a reason especially because I had to drive an hour to and from and was not notified I will not be attending there as much as I used too.
