Arrived at 5pm and it was closed. Hours said it was opened till 8pm. Wasted gas will not return

Was having a hard time finding a swimsuit that would fit my daughter who, at 13, is unfortunately an F cup. She was not wanting to go to the water park and feeling down about not finding a swim top she felt comfortable in. The sweet girl working took her around showing her swimsuits that would fit while not making her feel like she had to show everything. She loved it, had a boost of confidence and said she loves the store. Thank you for helping my sweet girl!

I love driving 30 mins out if my way to find out the store is closed at 5: 20pm nice! Just to watch them let other people in!

All of the ladies who work at this location are truly wonderful. They do not hesitate to go above and beyond for their customers and I cannot thank them enough.

I am mixed on this.clothes are cute but are way way to expensive and there isn't a huge selection either. Out of stock a lot on sale items.

Love the clothes this store has. The workers were very friendly also. The sizes of clothing that they sell goes from medium to larger with leaving a little bit of something for everyone. Very clean place. Only thing I would recommend is a place for the kids to at least to sit down while mommy shops.

Always love shopping here. Spend way too much money bc they have all the clothes that I want lol. The staff is very nice and helpful

Drove 20 minutes and they're closed. A missed package sign on the door. Pretty unprofessional. Semi annual sale and your doors are locked?

The store is never open past 5 pm don’t waste your time because even if the workers are in the store they will not open for business which means unfortunately this store will shut down

These ladies went above and beyond for me and Ivwant to express my gratitude. I bought some things online to pick up. My schedule is really really crazy and when my 7th day for pickup was approaching these ladies gave me a call to remind me i had items waiting and we worked out a day that i could come pick them up. When i got to the store the atmosphere was very welcoming and chill.i recieved a geniune greeting. I could understand the lady when she explained the deals.and i felt comfortable the entire time and appricated the space i was given to browse and take my time. When cashing out the ladies took thier time to get my items together correctly. Abd I left with a sense of ease. Life can be hard sometimes but these ladies definetly made it a little easier for me! Thanks so much!

Very disappointing. In the spring I shopped for lightweight jackets and they had nothing to fit me. Today I was shopping for a dress Torrid size 4 and there weren't any. Any store carries the sizes they carry. I need a store that truly caters to plus size women

I am absolutely in love with Torrid! I was first given a catalog to look at, then I was online shopping, and next thing I knew I was in the store. The customer service from the ladies was above and beyond any other department store and I felt good walking out with what I purchased. I have purchased from Torrid since this visit and will continue to do so as long as the clothes are great quality and the customer service continues to be just as outstanding! Thank you!

The staff is incredibly friendly! Clothing is a bit pricy but Iv got shorts that are still in great shape and Iv had them for 3 years now. You get what you pay for.

Super expensive but very nice people work there and the 3 stars is only because it's so expensive nice clothes tho beautiful dressing rooms and u can also try clothes on there now

I love love love this place. First of all, I'm a thick girl, so having a place that sells stuff formulated to fit me in all the right places is so amazing. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Even their clearance section is good, which lets be honest is a huge bonus! Then to top it all off, the ladies are so nice and helpful. I will definitely be going there, again, in the near future.

Wow just got so many cloths and got $100 of with using my cash rewards. Everyone is super nice at this location in Eastgate.

Great job cleaning store/fitting rooms. Kept social distancing and ladies were all very friendly!
