Sasha went above and beyond for me with a customer service issue while working in a busy store. Never got irritated and figured out an issue I’ve been dealing with for months! She is so personable and kind hearted! Thank you

The women in my family love it. Have good sales, larger sizes and selections.

I absolutely love Torrid. They have such good quality clothing. The sales racks are amazing! Whoever the manager is, they hire knowledgeable and friendly staff here.

Workers are rude and don’t greet nor acknowledge that you are even in the store! 2 of them didn’t say a word to me nor even look at me. And I refuse to spend my money somewhere like that!

Maybe the staff were having an off day but, no one greeted me, no one offered to help me and for a plus size store I still can’t find a bra on my size I small cups and big around. The sizing on clothing doesn’t make sense. However i will go back because their style of clothing is what I like and maybe today was just a fluke.
