Total Exterior Systems, Wadsworth OH

I found this company through Angie’s list when I had an emergency roof repair. They came out and fixed our problem, it took 2 trips to stop the leak. When we were paying the person who worked there, we asked for an estimate to repair and enclose our porch and I made the mistake of hiring them on spot and made a down payment. They came out and measured everything and told us things were ordered.
All this started in May. After many complaints to the company they sent someone on the week of July 4th. He tore the old porch off. We were hopeful something would be done. Some time in September I heard from someone at the company who actually cared about the customer, Jenna. I feel she is the only reason this job was done right. The first person who came to fix our rear roof apparently pocketed the money for that job. Jenna made sure to keep me posted, the job was completed in November. With Jenna’s watchful eye, the standard of the work was reliable. When ice clogged everything it leaked and the repair was made as soon as it was possible. The workers Mike and Adam were great too. I would not hire the company again unless Jenna was there.

The crew that put up my siding was very professional. The house looks great. They were very detailed on every thing they did. I would recommend them to anyone. Dave came out and was very detailed about what was going to happen. The time frame worked out well.

They did a good job. Cleaned up well. Dave was very professional. Did within my timeframe and budget.

Had shutters replaced, prompt courteous, both guys were very professional. Would recommend 100%

Shane came by and looked at the work that needed to be completed. He came back the next day and got on the roof with 4" then came down and said that a smaller down spouts would be better. Well to make a really long story short, Shane was here 5 times and my gutters still leak!

They didn't do the work that we agreed too. Contract was for new roof and new plywood only did tear off and reshingled. They agreed to giving me a refund on the plywood but haven't seen any money. They were fast to charge my credit card but very slow to give me a refund.

Theese guys did a good job on a complicated repair, and left no mess. Took extra care in my garden with tools and ladders.

I am so very pleased with the new metal roof, new gutters with gutter guards and the team that helped me. The main man Dominic was exceptally polite, helpful, talented and respectful. I am so very happy that I chose this company. The compzny is extremely lucky to have a man like Dominic on their team. What a worker! Thank you

What an amazing staff! I worked with Shane and he was awesome! Very trustworthy and does what he says he will.couldn't have asked for a better company to do my roof! It looks so nice and I've already had a lot of complements on it too! A+ rating from me!

Shane was coming out Thursday to give me my estimate. He was a no show. I called the office and they contacted him, having him apologize. He did - twice. He forgot that he had called me 20 min before to apologize the first time. He said he would be out Friday, but again it did not work out for him. Said he would stop out Saturday even though he does not normally work. Again a no show. Clearly I am wasting my time with this company. Time to move on.
