We have been going to town and country animal clinic for both of our cats for over a year. Dr. White is spectacular and they do a great job treating and taking care of my fur babies!

When my cat got sick, the good people at Town & Country got her feeling better. They're generous with their time, efficient with their service, and considerate in their care. Fantastic place!

My whole family has taken every one of our pets there since the mid 90s because they are the kindest people ever! Dr. White treats every animal like her own— she literally cried with us when we had to put our dog down. I trust her and her staff implicitly with the wellness of my bbs! I also appreciate that honesty, sensitivity, and sensibility is the norm there. Couldn’t recommend more.

They were so sweet and gentle with my cat. I was nervous because this was my pets first appointment in a while and they were understanding and did not judge me at all. Already have my next appointment set.

This is the BEST place to take your pets! Everyone is so nice and you can tell they really care about our dogs! I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!

Love this place. I have been coming to see Dr. White with my cats since 1990. Still the best place to go for animal care.

Our first Vet experience was here. Unfortunately it was extremely stressful. Our dog was never greeted with care, just fear. Just to do a general exam our only option was to put him under so the Dr.could touch him. They labeled our dog aggressive, which he is not. He is an animal, a German Shepherd at that, and if he is greeted with fear he reacts. The first and second visit we ever had - he was put in a muzzle. Third visit he was given an anesthesia which was terrifying as he didn’t respond well to it. The last visit the staff stayed clear of us like our dog was foaming at the mouth or something. Unfortunately the experience was created because the environment was not around actually investing in the care of our dog. I mean imagine sitting in an exam room for 15 minutes waiting, having the doctor come in and immediately stand in the corner, not even touch your dog while she explains in 5 minutes our options- in which both were putting him under and being charged $40 because “they checked him out and stuff” as the reception said. We were left feeling extremely disappointed and in search of a new Vet that does the little extra to reduce any anxiety and not make the visit a stressful one that my dog won’t want to come back to. And we found it! Our new vet literally sat on the floor and gave our dog so much love all while she was examining him. It left us so emotional and so grateful to know our dog is actually receiving the right care.

Dr. White and her staff care deeply for their clients and their pets. She takes in strays and makes sure they're healthy and then finds them good homes.

I initially thought that I would be happy with this vet. The last few times I only wanted a groom but every time there's a shot that they include with every groom. They don't even ask if I want it or if I could even afford it at the time, I walk in and there is a statement with multiple charges on it. It's annoying. I just wanted a simple grooming. They also gave me my crate back covered in dog hair, which was the very opposite of how I brought it in.

I gave them 4 stars because my Shiba Inu looks great after each groom.

My dog was scheduled for her first, and only, grooming appointment. When I dropped her off, not ahead of time, I was told she would need an influenza vaccine. Because I was desperate, I agreed. Nothing was mentioned about an exam! 8.5 hours later, my bill was for grooming, vaccine and $51 for an office visit! Because I signed a paper, which I was told was an agreement for payment, I must pay. I will never go back to an office like this!

Have been bringing in cats for over 20 years. Doctor white and her staff have always been very professional and taken wonderful care of my animals. Thank you

Terrible, girl I encountered was very rude and lied to cover her mistake. I left and will not be going back again currently looking for a respectful animal clinic that will take good care of my dog. Paid too much money over the years to put up with that
