They are compassionate loving and treat you and your babies with tender loving care. I would recommend them to anyone. There's no one else I've ever found like them! Thank you all at Town and Country veterinary

Been bringing my babies here for over 15 years. Love the girls that work here and Dr. Heibeil is an amazing doctor. They are all so good to my boys.

Amazing vet! I had to put my beloved Garfield to sleep and she was awesome. They were patient with our daughter who was very upset and just a great compassionate caring vet. She is the best in Ross County.

She loves your pet just like her own. An amazing vet with a great staff working with her! She cares very deeply for each and every animal that comes into her office. She has taken care of every dog I have owned and has done an amazing job with them. My dogs are my babies and I trust her completely with them.

This clinic is amazing. I have been going here for years. I just had to have my cat Wee cremated and they sent me a wonderful card with her nose and paw print in it and the staff signed it. My cat came back in a beautiful box with a certificate and some hair and another paw print. Will be a life long customer, the staff is amazing!

So much respect for Dr. Haubeil, she went far and beyond my expectations. Surgery, shot and actually cleaned my cat so a huge THANK YOU.

They are the rudest people. I took a injured kitten there and called back to check on it two days later and she was extremely rude said they have not got to the kitten yet said she had paying customers that she had to attend to. And the kitten would be taken care of after them. And she said you need to come pay for the kittens care or stop bothering her about it! This poor baby had its leg broke into. The bone was sticking out and it was in horrible pain. They are suppose to care about all animals but she only seems to care about paying animals! Never going to take my animals to her.

Town & Country animal clinic has a very nice & friendly atmosphere & everyone that works there has always made me feel welcome as soon as I walk thru the door. The veteranarin has always taken good care of my pets which are our babies (3 dogs). I only have 1 complaint & that is (vets just like doctors for people) seems to be all about the money. If your pet is sick & needs to be seen they will not treat them unless you have the money right then & there which I think is wrong. Dead wrong! They became a vet to help animals of every kind, but it's not that way at all. It would be nice if they could put you on a payment plan especially if they are turned down for medical insurance for your pets. When it comes right down to it any vet that refuses to treat a sick animal because not everyone has the money then it sounds to me that they aren't vets at all. If they were, they would care & have compassion for sick animals & find a way to treat them. I had to take out a small loan before so 1 of my dogs could be treated. That's just plain wrong! What are you supposed to do? Just sit there & watch a part of your family die? That's my opinion & I'm sure anyone that loves their pet or pets would agree with me.

They really care about your animals. They are one of two vet's in town that work with the spay and neuter voucher program. They go way above just vet care.

I used this vet for several years for pets. I had one pet that had to be euthenized and continued care for two other dogs and a cat. I have spent a thousands of dollars there. My last dog was in really bad off and in really bad pain. He had never been to any other vet before except here. I had to take him to a strange vet and have him put down. He was 14 years old. This is unacceptable. In cases like mine, emergencies should be a priority and the humane thing to do when an animal is in such pain is to get them in right away. This is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! Had test done on my one dog for cancer. They did biopsy and charged a fortune for that just to tell me that they don't know if it was cancer or not. But they took my money! No compassion, if they do, it takes a back seat to the money!

Very nice people its a little different since we can't go in because of covid but they come out to your car an get your pet only have them a short amount of time an bring them right back. I'd recommend them. Very happy with my puppy's experience.
