Towpath credit union and my experience with Traci was fantastic! From the moment I walked into the door I felt honestly like family. The compassion she put into her job was admirable because it not only made me appreciate her as a person but it also made me appreciate the effort she putting in to help me come out with the best options for me financially. Traci spent hours breaking down every morsel of information to where I could understand it, she presented me with options that would be the best fit for my situation, she was flexible and efficient in regards to communication and she was quick on the draw when it came to getting things done. I came to the credit union to get help and insight on getting a new car as my previous car was at end of life. I went in Friday and had my car by Monday! I’m sure if the union wasn’t closed Sunday I would’ve had it even sooner! All in all I never felt forced to buy or sign anything I wasn’t comfortable with, all of my decisions made I felt they were my own and at the end of the day the credit union seemed to be fully looking out for me and my protection. They got me the lowest rates and the best deal. If you’re looking for guidance, financial help, warranties, insurance, ect. This would be the place I’d go first hands down. Thank you towpath credit union and a big thank you to Traci for taking the time out to take care of me!

I signed up as a member of Towpath Credit Union in the office in Fairlawn but ended up dealing with and communicating with Ryan at the Cuyahoga Falls Branch to purchase my vehicle and finance through them. Ryan was incredibly communicative and answered all my emails very quickly and got me a great interest rate that no dealership could beat. I ended up buying my car at Marhofer in Cuyahoga Falls and as soon as I made the decision, we emailed the purchase order to Ryan and he got me a check within 45minutes. In all it only took me an hour and a half to look at the car, get the check through towpath and buy the car. It was the quickest, easiest, most pain free vehicle purchasing process I've ever been through. You can really tell that Towpath has it's members best interest in mind over their own. Highly recommend

Exceptional service and communication when I was purchasing a newer vehicle! From very first contact, until even after the purchase, Traci Z was amazing to work with!
