Service dept = Not what I was expecting.

Tried to get a diagnosis on a common issue with my model car a few weeks after purchasing. Was told drop it off on a Wednesday and they’d try and get it looked at by Friday. Thought great! That’s good service! That’s when it went down hill. I would call and always got the answering service, was told they would call me back asap, I’d call specifically for a person to no avail. Text my sales guy and he says next Wednesday or Thursday but the service guy would call me soon. That never happened. Fast forward to Thursday and they tell me that they can’t repeat the problem I was having so I could come pick up my car. I then pick up the car to only drive it home and re-create the problem that they couldn’t.

I bought the extended service through them and it just feels like they don’t want to deal with the problem. I call the local Chevy dealer and they were completely aware of this known problem and would get me in ASAP to take care of it.

Take this for what it’s worth. I just think if you’re going to sell it, stand by it.

This place purchased a vehicle from me. They told me the equity check would be sent in 7-14 days
After two weeks and no money I tried to contact them to get info on the situation. Three days later I have yet to hear anything. The CFO Joe Casa was to call me. He never did.
Very poor communication and service.

Great sales person and works with customer.

Wow! I was incredibly impressed with doing business with Blake remotely. He was responsive to all my questions and concerns about a used car purchase. He took time to give me all the details and background reports I needed to feel confident to buy without driving those car.

Nick V.was fantastic. The whole buying process was as smooth as can be and we were in and out! My kids even enjoyed it and that says a lot!

Sure got a lot of nice cars but won’t pay the transporters $500 for bringing them. Never answer the phones and when they do, Reno the liar, says he will overnight the check but never does. If you’re a transporter don’t haul their cars or make sure you get COD. If you’re shopping for cars - you’re on your own.

I just purchased a 2009 C6 Z06 from Brittany. This was a sight unseen purchase, that I heavily relied on Brittany to help with a thorough description of the car, and it’s condition.

I was sent a ton of high quality close up photos, video, service multi point inspection form etc. The car arrived in BETTER condition than I had even hoped for.

Cross did an amazing job selling me the car of my dreams. Not only did I get an amazing car, to end the deal my salesman Cross and Zach delivered the car personally to my house over an hour away on a Sunday. Highly recommend!

I *really* wanted to like this dealership, but after 6 weeks of ghosting, broken commitments, and missed deadlines, the only reason I'm giving this dealer 2 stars is because the car I purchased was exactly as described, and in near-perfect shape. I finally had to escalate to dealer management to get my title, which was "in process" for 6-8 weeks. They have still not come through with reimbursement for parts I had to purchase to try to fix issues that were supposed to be resolved before shipment.

Aug 31 update - after numerous promises by the dealer over the past 2 months, still no reimbursement received. Rating adjusted accordingly.

Pavel was absolutely exceptional! The TTRS was exactly what my son wanted and exactly what we was told. The finance team was super fast with the paperwork. This was one of the best car buying experiences me and my son had and we purchased the vehicle while living in another state. We would definitely buy a vehicle from Toy Barn Dublin AGAIN! I love going to Toy Barn to look at the cars I can only dream about having. The staff is always very cordial and pleasant and always welcome the browser's. They have all the latest exotic cars and not only do they have 2 bldgs you can walk through, the parking lot has a wide selection also. Absolutely love this place.

Buying process was super smooth anyone buying out of state any questions you have will be answered but most importantly be patient let them do their work and you’ll be more than satisfied the car even came earlier than expect massive thanks to my sales guy Cross every question every little tiny thing I asked he was more than welcome to answer couldn’t ask for a better process!

Went looking for a Porsche and they lied to get the sale. Now they’re denying all the promises the salesman David made to us. They do not stay true to their word and will say anything to get the sale and take your money.

From contact to out the door with our 2019 Mercedes E-300, the service was swift, efficient, and thorough. We bought our car online and drove up to get it. Cross, our sales rep, was wonderful and was always available to answer questions. Showroom is amazing with every high end dream car you can imagine. The salespeople inside were just as helpful and nice…definitely a team atmosphere. It doesn’t matter how little or how much you end up spending, they treat you the same. We will be back. Definitely recommend The Toy Barn!
