2I cannot believe the utter rudeness this company allows from it's employees. I work at a warehouse that is behind the TPC warehouse in the former American Standard building. We have been in this location for 1.5 years now and if we have a driver go to the wrong location, they are told we do not exist, or they have never heard of us. We have even had drivers come in saying they have had racial comments made to them. I will never do business with the company or refer them to anyone I know! When I looked on the website as to how to contact someone so this could be handled internally, I found a general phone number. Not even an email address to contact someone. If i could give them negative star rating, I would!
I came to this place to make the delivery, I arrived by 6.05am (my appointment was for 6am) then when I get there the send me to the other warehouse, once I arrived to the next warehouse it took by about 20 mins for some to receive me there and then it's when the action begin. A very rude guy came and told me that I was late that I lose my appointment (wasn't my fault) and plus that they charged me $350 lumper fee for 4 pallets and they left a "damage box" that they couldn't receive and looks like the guy break the box with the fork lift (wasn't my fault neither)
PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. IS NOT WORTH TO COME HERE. OTHER THAN THAT IS IS A VERY SMALL TOWN FOR A 53' TRAILER.
