Tractor Supply Co. reviews
14Bought a zero turn mower here. Went good no issues staff was very friendly and helped me decide which one to buy even loaded it on my trailer.
I love Tractor Supply. So many good products. And wonderful selection of pet supplies, medication, and more. Plus nice clothes, tools, and equipment! I did have some issues ordering online before but this a wonderful store.
Drove 30 minutes for a product that another store promised me they had. It also said they had it online. After a long drive they didn't have it. Never again. Done with them.
Great store! They usually have everything I need. Very rarely do I have to go somewhere else. Their dog food is fantastic and at such great prices. All 7 of my dogs love their foods. And as you see I have dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and needs. They have a great selection!
Since this store did their remodel, which was an experience in itself, finding the “regular” goat feed I use, has been a trial and error. Sometimes it is in the back, but NOT on the shelf. Why should I have to ask? I was so frustrated today that I just got the cat food and left. As I was proceeding to check out the cashier asked if I found everything okay and I said no, she just continued on with the sale. No questions. So frustrated!
Went in yesterday for feed for my rabbit, there wasn't any on the shelf. So, I kindly asked Steve (i think the assistant manager) if they had any in the back he said yea probably and kept walking! Did not help at all. I ended up asking the lady whom was sweeping the floor if they had any. (She politely asked if I needed help finding the spot where its kept or needed a bag. I told her I needed a bag that the shelf spot was empty. She got me a bag from the stock room. I think her name was Katelyn? This is not the first time this has happened and it is very disappointing.
Wouldn't order anything online to pick up in store. It was a learning experience. They got half our order had us come and pick it up, the receipt said we picked up everything. They said this was normal for them to do and to pick the rest up tomorrow. We went to pick it up. They gave us the stuff but said this wasn't supposed to be this way after being told different from another crew. Maybe we just got lucky getting everything we ordered. I still would recommend what we did.
Super fast unloading and friendly staff. I'm holding back 1 star until you update your loading area, but you're still awesome.
Great store, even if ur not a farmer, has great items, cool prices, staff r friendly & helpful, and if U love feeding animals, there's a great sellection. I feed birds & squirrels, everything I need is there.
Have a wide variety of products for everyone.
Don't have to have a farm to shop here.
3 trips in one weekend for a pair of boots that the eyelet s keep breaking so just bought a different brand!
Don't buy their brand bar and chains for Stihl saws. The bar and chains didn't match up correctly.
Good service and nice people at this location. Therefore, this review is directed to the neck tied limp wristed corporate hq team. They just announced record breaking sales and earnings during a global pandemic. TSC has raised their prices considerably in the past few months on virtually every item I typically purchase from them. Now we know the reason for this was not "supply and demand" but your standard corporate greed.
Found a pair of jeans that fit (except for minor hemming) for $20! What's not to like? Got a pair of rainbow polka dot mud boots and some bird seed too. Employees are friendly and helpful.
