Trader Joe's, Kettering OH

Trader Joe's was great we were there around noon. With the current CDC guidelines my wife and I felt very safe while shopping in the store.we were also pleased to see that they had expanded their gluten-free selection of items as we live across town and don't get to shop at trader Joe's very often.

They have a person counting the number of people going into the store. They have a plastic barrier between the cashier and the patrons. Patrons also weight 6' away from the cashier while they bag the groceries.

My favorite grocery always. Always leave with a smile. That never happens leaving other groceries. Produce is outstanding!

Best service, great prices. Go during off hours to avoid waiting to get in, since the store is so small, the line outside the door can be long.

Best grocery in America. Amazing foods with a lot of one of a kind and imported items. Amazing service, good music and always has tasters. Most importantly, they are cheap. I get out of TJs for less than Kroger and sometimes Walmart. I try to exclusively shop here.

I love TJ's for many reasons (their house name snacks, namely) but the customer service is always superb. Mark, at this location, personally opened a can of coffee beans, ground them up and put them back in the can for me to check out. Returns are also made super easy here- no fuss or questions. My favorite grocery store for niche items and seasonal snacks for sure.

We really liked this place. I can't wait to go back and get some more of those chocolate covered fruit snacks. Considering the high quality of most of their products, i was surprised by their reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this store.

Great healthy, non additive food options, at affordable prices. Looking for "guest food" - yummy apps, desserts and wine selection. Also - always have excellent, genuine customer service.

It's Trader Joe's and I like their flowers and coffee and their corn salsa and their chips (my gal is obsessed with them).

Will go out of our way to shop here. I wish every store had employees this friendly. Great quality products at good prices.

A keen competitor to Whole Foods. Very good moderately priced wines; good cheese, vegetables and fruits. Free coffee samples. I like their house brand of sparking mineral water.

Unlike Whole Foods, no dining area.

This is the first time I’ve shopped here and liked the healthy choices and different variety of foods. But I am blown away by the customer service. Jamie was very personable. Told the him it was my first time here. Discussed my diet and fitness goals. Also gave me a free bag on the house. Jamie seemed very intested in creating good rapport with his customers. I will start shopping here.

One of my favorite places, the products are healthy and cheap, they provide not only American food, but also some other countries food.

Affordable fresh food. And wine. I have been pleased with everything I have purchased here, can get items here that can't find at other grocery stores.
Friendly employees (way more so than FL location). I just wish one closer to my home.

I am a die hard Trader Joe's shopper. This can be a very busy location. Great customer service but so are every location that I have visited.

It’s a small place and can get a bit cramped with the narrow aisles… But we still make the 25 minute trip here. Great selection of quality products and excellent prices.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. A huge thank you for keeping us safe last night during the tornado warning. My 6 year old was scared but you guys brought the comfort and safety to keep everyone calm, safe and happy. Water, snacks and swearshirts. Thank you!

Trader joes has amazing food. It is always an adventure going to trader joes. Staff is always friendly. Sometimes its fun to visit their instagram page to see the new items and foods they are getting in. A grea wine selection for amazing prices. Go check it out. You wont regret.
