Tradewinds Mobile Home Park, Amelia OH

Myself and my children have lived here for a few years very peacfull neighborhood management and maintenance Carol and Travis are always extremely helpful and and care about the community

Another dumpy trailer park in the area with dumpy people bringing down everyone else's property value. The Lindale/Amelia/Hamlet area would be much nicer without these dumpy trailer parks.

I live at park since 1995. Nice affordable place to live.raised all 4 of kids there. Neighbors and Mangement understanding and help with my special needs adult children. Only complain driveway not in the best shape.

It's a nice place need to fix the drive way but clean manager is a good and easy to get along with!

Ive lived in the park since 2016. Love living here. It is very affordable for a single parent. The park is clean, quiet, an neighbors are wonderful. The manager is amazing. She gets involved with her tenants to help better accommodate their needs as well as a better community for all residents. She goes above an beyond for our kiddos just to put a smile on their face, with all the festive holiday cheer she spreads throughout our park. You couldn't ask for a better manager or living experience. Big shout out to Carole.

I've lived in tradewinds for going on 13 years the manager Carole is a great and generous person she is easy to get along with and will help out in anyway she can. The park itself is one of the nicest parks in my opinion around this area yeah needs a little work here and there but in all is a great place to live they have done a great job of cleaning the park out in many ways over the years I would recommend anyone thinking about moving to a mobile home park to check our park out it's really a great place to live

We have lived here in the park for almost 13 years and it has improved over that time. Its majority quiet. Nice neighbors and our landlord Carol is awesome! I think it's one of the nicer parks around this area. And it's affordable. Most places charge an arm and a leg. I would recommend to anyone looking for affordability and nice folks

It would be a much better place if the park relatives didn’t think they were so high powered that they can go ahead & just tell everyone what to do. I’ve hardly lived here four months & already having issues with nosey, bullying neighbors. Totally get sticking up for family but this was so uncalled for. It shouldn’t be like that, couldn’t be more unprofessional.

If you think eating poop is healthy to eat you shouldn't be living here you should live in a nutward
