Traditions at North Bend, Cincinnati OH

We brought my mom in with some dementia and she paid around $3,500 per month. Six months later her rent went up because they said she was needing a higher level of care. Cost went up and care went down. Room was always filthy and I had to clean feces off the toilet just to use it myself. Within two years her health declined to the point of them putting her in the memory care unit and was paying $7,000 per month. I had to crack a window open because of the smell and my mom was becoming so thin and frail. She could walk when she went in and within two years she was only using a wheelchair. Money, jewelry and clothes stolen too. She started at 150 lbs and left at 115 lbs.she was neglected and not properly cared for.one day a nurse said to me “your mom needs more care” We have since moved her to a new facility and within less than a month she’s at 125 lbs with pink cheeks and more alert. I feel like I have my mom back. Be cautious if they say they will help you with Medicaid, if it comes to that don’t believe it. That means, we’ll take your loved ones money until it runs out and then tell you she has to leave. Awful place for a parent who needs care.

If I could give 0 stars I would they let the nurses up there talk to you any type of way the workers is rude to the residents there they leave the residents wet I would not recommend nobody bringing they family here
Mangers don’t appreciate the workers that do they job they talk behind your back & just a very toxic place need to do better

So far if I could give this place 1 star I would, this is my grandmas SECOND night there and she is already being mistreated by a nurse, ignoring her call button, hurting her and then proceeding to leave her lights on so she can’t go to bed. I am livid that a facility such as this would hire such horrible people. My grandma is already upset she is there and not at home and doesn’t like being alone in a big unfamiliar space, and for her to be treated like this is absolutely disgusting, this place should be ashamed of themselves.

My mom resided here for over a year. I found Larry and his team to be very caring and considerate and willing to go the extra mile to help my mother. I recommend Traditions North Bend if a loved one or dear friend needs assisted care.

We are a vendor who works with many assisted living communities and Traditions is one of the best. Amanda and her staff are quick to respond to our questions and always a pleasure to work with.

Traditions North Bend is absolutely gorgeous facility. Everything is still in great shape or new, and maintained to the highest level. They have thought of everything and will do anything possible to meet the needs of the families.
The staff is committed to providing excellent care; recognizing the importance of keeping residents and family members safe yet connected during trying times. Always going the extra mile. Would highly recommend!

We are a group of providers that goes to nursing facilities and Traditions at North Bend has one the best staff to work with. They are there to help with the patients and they care about the patients. We are so glad to be a part of their team. I would highly recommend this facility for any love one.

I currently work here as a Nurse and it is a wonderful community to be apart of. The facility is beautiful the residents are so nice and treat everyone respectfully. I want to specifically point out Amanda Bell. Since Amanda has started as Director of Nursing she has given her all to this community making it as wonderful as it can be. She always has a smile and willing to help in any situation. She goes the extra mile not only for the residents but staff included. Traditions at North Bend just had a ODH deficiency free survey. Im very lucky to have her as my Director of nursing.

Traditions @ NB It's a wonderful place to work I love the atmosphere been working @ traditions NB as a nurse for eight months now.the staff and Resident are very nice and respectfully especially our Director of nursing Amanda Bell she is a wonderful person Thank you for all the dedication you bring to your work everyday. We appreciate and notice the hard work you put in to keeping the facility safe and respectful place to work.
