Started seeing Dr Balsly in 2015 after neglecting to go for several years because of horrible prior experiences with other dentists. I was so anxious and nervous and dreading what was going to happen. I realized with my first visit I had found the absolute best dentist ever. The staff is so friendly and personable. The staff is awesome, I was nervous, they made me feel comfortable. They are very knowledgeable, and helpful.

I called and cancelled my sons appt the day before because he had the flu and had been sick and I was told I had to have a dr note to reschedule. This place is a joke! I was told that they wear protective gear so it would have been ok for him to come in. Forget about your other patients that are there in the office. They dont care about what is wrong all they care about is getting money.

Dr. Balsly and his entire staff are very welcoming and professional. They are personable and great at explaining any procedures that need done. If out of network, they are really good on pricing. Usually don't like going to the dentist, however I no longer mind it! Two thumbs up!
