Was a client of Liz Preston, BEST therapist I ever had. When she left the company, transformative wellness called me & left a voice-mail for me to call back to get scheduled with Robin. I've been calling when I can ever since, nobody ever answers.
It's been over a month & I still haven't gotten a call back from my 4 or 5 voice-mails nor does anyone ever answer the phone.
I guess I don't really need the help right?
Editing to add, they called me back finally after 8 voice-mails left for them & now I'm on a waiting list behind 25 other people. I've called them a total of 16 times with no answer & now I have to wait even longer to get the help I've been needing since my therapist left the company.
Worst therapy clinic I've had to deal with.
