Aunty from Kentucky, family made reservations for the Cell room for today but unfortunately could not make it Clint was so accommodating in letting them reschedule for a later date. Awesome customer service and greatly appreciated thanks for everything

The chainsaw room was fun, the clues though seemed a little random. There’s so many codes that if you stumble onto something out of order you’ll completely lose track of where hints go. Maybe I’m just stupid. Good room altogether.

Scheduled a room online for a Bachelorette, received multiple confirmation emails, arrived 10 minutes early as directed, and nobody was there. Doors were locked and lights appeared off. We called multiple times with no answer, and tried reaching out through Facebook, Instagram, and email as well.

This used to be a great escape room. However, last weekend, we had a room booked and there was no one there. The doors were locked, and no one answered the phone. I also tried to contact them via email, Facebook, and Instagram, but I didn't get an answer. I haven't been issued a refund. I'm not sure what happened to them since the last time I went, but they clearly aren't currently functioning. Don't book unless you want to lose your money and have to dispute the charge with your credit card company.

I didn’t even go to my escape room as I was told I had to reschedule or pic another location since the girl who was handling my game wasn’t in Cleveland and wouldn’t be there for us to play I tried calling 5 times and t got no answer I would like to either be refunded or set up for another another day as I didn’t even do the escape room this is not okay I have also emailed and got no response

Fun room! This escape room experience was a little bit more "low tech" that others I've been to. Generally, rooms have a countdown clock in the room, so we were also challenged with keeping track of our time on top of trying to escape. Our game master did a really good job of being attentive and offering information as it was needed. My only complaint would be that the room smelled like several cats occupied it. My husband and I both have cat allergies, and the smell was a little off-putting but we got used to it. It might have been from the rain or a neighboring tenant, so I can't fault the owner. A dehumidifier and some odor absorbing products would go far! Can't wait to visit some of their other locations!

The rooms and puzzles were great and the employee who ran our game was really wonderful. Clean spaces, nicely kept.

However, I had an absolute nightmare trying to contact a human being at Trapped when I had an issue with my booking. If you have special needs or make a mistake with booking, just be aware that no one really answers the phone and I have yet to get a reply to any of the five emails that I sent.

Find another escape room to try! Understaffed and our game master kept having to help others. The amount of bleach used in the room caused our eyes to burn and head to ache. However, though bleach was used, the room wasn't really cleaned.
My niece saw a big bug plus an acrylic nail (from a previous player) that had blood on it.this was not a prop! Chainsaw Room was recommended, but WAY too difficult for two first timers and one person (me) who has done a few. Overall, this was a frustrating rather than fun experience. If this had been my first experience, I would probably not want to do another. Having done others, I know there are lots of better rooms out there.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!

my boyfriend and I visited this establishment in March of 2020.when we went we were excited because the website seemed promising but we were suprised to see it cost over $60.00 for both of us to go which was odd because everywhere else we have went has only been $50.00 (we travel all over to do escape rooms) but we just thought hey maybe this one has more to offer.when we arrived the young men running the front desk were super nice and we proceeded to the room.when we got in we were amazed I mean the set up was great and the decorations were awesome.thats the only nice thing I have to say.now for the bad.we were able to receive clues but everytime er asked for one we got a delayed response.it took several attempts for them to notice we needed help.once they finally acknowledged us the clues were not helpful at all so they decided to come into the room with us to show us how.except they didn't even know how to do it.they told us to just skip over it.we were annoyed but continued on anyways.after several attempts we couldn't find the key we needed to escape so we asked for help again after being ignored they told us where it was and suprise it wasn't there.they had forgotten to replace the key.after we "escaped " I asked for a refund.we were denied a refund but was told we could come back for a free room.like I said before we traveled for this room and I live 2 hours away. I contacted them this past weekend (mind you 4 days before we were making a trip up) asking them if our free room was still valid.after reading my message they didn't respond so I messaged again, they finally responded and said the room was still valid, great right? No I messaged them again asking what I needed to do.they said I need a code and asked if I got one. I told them no and no response.messaged them again and no response. Saturday came and went still no response. I messaged them today telling them im upset.their response was sorry for the delay.like are you actually kidding me? This was THE worst experience I have ever encountered and the customer service was beyond rediculous.please spend your money else where so you don't have to deal with the headache and disappointment!

I did enjoy myself until the fire alarms went off and our “game master” was walking around panicking apparently she had lit a “candle” but i don’t know any candles that smell like marijuana

It was the groups first time trying an escape room. Although we did not win, we really enjoyed ourselves. Try it out and see.

Fun way to spend an hour. I'm a little hesitant about returning due to a lack of response to unfavorable experiences. Stuff happens. It's how a business responds to complaints that impresses me.

This was a fantastic experience. We arrived late due to the snow but the game master was gracious enough to wait and we ran the game 30 minutes past closing time. Will visit again soon.

We had booked a room the weekend before the event and everything was payed for. We go to the event at the time we were meant to be there, and the room is completely locked. We had waited for 30mins in under 40 degree weather. We had called multiple times and rung the door bell but no one had come to take us to the room. This was meant to be a celebration for a birthday but we were unable to do it. We want a full refund and we refuse to waste the money on that! If this is how the business is run we will never be coming back.

I reserved time.here, fir my kids birthday on November 7th, showed up with my party, to a closed facility, it is now the 16th of November and haven't heard anything from them, and thats after 3 emails, and 7 phone calls with messages. I think this totally unprofessional, I could've lost 235.00 on something more exciting.

Booked an appointment and received a call from the escape room shortly after letting us know they couldn’t accommodate us that night and would be refunding us. They never did and haven’t answered any of my calls, emails or voicemails.
