1 Good luck getting your car through that parking lot to check in. I can't say I saw a spot without a pothole.
Once there, you'll be greeted through bullet proof glass in the lobby. The room we were given was dirty. Splatter stains on the bathroom door as well as various other places. Then we noticed a jacket that was left hanging in the closet.
When we went back to the lobby for a refund (which you're advised upon checking in that it must be done within 10 minutes), we informed the receptionist of the condition the room was in, as well as the jacket that was left behind. The response we received was that the jacket was left by a woman who just earlier that evening requested a refund due to the conditions of the room. This begs the questions: do they care about the cleanliness of their guest rooms at all? Do they inspect the rooms between guest assignments? And why would they reassign a room to a new guest after a complaint on it's conditions without addressing those complaints?
