I was so disappointed to get what seemed to be canned chicken in my buffalo chicken salad for lunch today. At first I thought it was tuna - but definitely has the texture and taste of canned chicken.

I am hooked on this place now that I found it I will be back to try all their food and tea so amazing

Best lobster bisque and lobster salad!

They do need to crank up the air conditioning, though.

I’ve never been to the tree house it’s part antique shop/cafe. I saw an older lady standing behind a counter I asked her where the cafe was and she gave me an unkind look and said in a sarcastic tone that this is the cafe. I responded that I was sorry I had never been there before and needed to make a reservation she then looked at me puzzled I was asking her that question she first said there was no tables available and it would be a wait I said ok can I put myself on a waiting list she wouldn’t allow me to do so until the person I would be eating with was there. She was incredibly rude and made me feel unwelcome I will never come here again nor will my family! The food was great but the older lady who served as a host was the rudest customer experience I’ve had.

What a wonderful lunch experience today. The menu selections are different than what you see everywhere else and sound so good it’s hard to choose one. The food was excellent and the portions are way larger than you would expect for the price. Such a nice atmosphere.

Great food and awesome portion sizes! Their salads are divine! Soups are a must! They only have 10 tables inside so make sure you make a reservation any day you come!

Delicious food, however, their service and staff are rude and unprofessional. Susan, who answered the phone today for our pickup order was terse and ill-mannered. It is a shame that their food is great when their staff is so unpleasant.

My wife and I recently had our 13th anniversary lunch at Tree House. My wife had the Lobster Bisque and I had The Elements of a Sandwich with Bavarian ham. Both were amazing. The piece of cake they gave us for desert was a nice touch as well.

Disappointed today. Hadn't been here since pre-Covid and have always enjoyed this restaurant. Had made reservations earlier this week for today and brought two friends who had never been here. They said they didn't have a reservation for me and actually felt like they thought I was lying. Did seat us. In the past, about five specials were offered along with the menu items. Today, only one special was offered. Food was OK. Just wasn't the same atmosphere that it used to be.

Wonderful teahouse. I felt like I was in grandma's house eating. Food was fresh. Nice variety of sandwiches and teas. You can also have a mimosa or champagne or a nice pot of tea to drink out of a china cups.

What a lovely find! We were headed back to Michigan from a morning of doctor appointments and all I wanted was a fresh lunch in a quiet restaurant… this was the perfect spot! My dad is pretty particular with what he eats and he was even happy and ate everything. My mom said the tuna melt was delicious, they loved the lemon scone, everything was fresh and delicious. My salad was phenomenal. All of our meals were generous portion sizes, the team working here was really nice and welcoming, and the service was perfectly on point. They have gluten free options, as well. Their cinnamon rolls also looked delicious! The shop had many great gifts and items for sale. I highly recommend stopping at this restaurant for lunch.

I love this place! There is so little like it in the area. It has nice lunch food- I wasn't blown away by it but the atmosphere and patio are the best part about it!

Went for brunch as a walk-in party of 4 and it was lovely. We were able to walk through the house and shop the boutique items while we waited for our table and were seated on the enclosed porch near the heated stove. The quiche was amazing and dessert was even better! Will definitely be returning.

Our first time was this past summer, dine in, it was excellent. It made me want to come back. Second time was take out and once again it was excellent. I always get lobster roll. The lobster was piled high, 3 different fruits and a baklava. This time the lobster looked like it came out of a can, it was minced, no chunks and it was not piled high. There were 3 small pieces of pine apple (not freshly cut) a few potatoes chips. Usually I eat half and save the other half. This time I ate all of it. My friend and I also thought the lobster roll was smaller in size. Possibly cause there was not much meat?
We will try again since the other 2 times were good. I understand costs have gone up. I would prefer though to pay more and keep the qualify.

This little gem is tucked away in a little plaza in the historical part of Avon. To be honest it doesn't look like much at first glance, but it is truly worth going inside and giving it a try. Our waitress was friendly and the food was absolutely amazing. Typical of any tearoom or luncheon type restaurant it is a little pricy, but the portion sizes are generous.

My husband and I had lunch here for the first time last week it was so good that we have been back 3 times in two weeks! Delicious daily soups, sandwiches, and desserts! Definitiley our new favorite lunch spot! Reservations reccomended!
