Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.
I appreciate the ride and wrench: group ride and maintenance clinics. They helped us learn more about riding safely, washing our bikes and fixing a flat tire.

Extremely friendly and helpful! I spent a couple hours there trying out all the different bikes while the staff walked me through all the differences between them. Super knowledgable and kind. Can't speak highly enough of the group there. Thanks for getting me setup, loving my new bike!

I'm kind of amazed! After having some issues with my frame, I asked service for some help. The team in the store were all helping me find the best solution to get me riding again. After escalating to Trek HQ, the team worked together to REALLY go above and beyond to get me WAY more than I could have asked for and completely took care of me and my bikes.

Trek has always been there for me and my bike. If Red and I are out and we get a flat tire, I call Trek. If we are out in the rain and I see some rust, I call Trek. If I come to pick her up and I don't have a helmet with me, I tell Trek and they loan me a helmet. Then I tell them next time I'm in, I'm keeping your helmet; I don't want the old one any more. And they charge me the difference. That difference is Trek, and they are definitely worth it.

I'm looking to buy a bike but this website isn't user friendly in that area. Hard time navigating a pic of a bike with a price. See a lot of bikes in website pic but not on the website itself.
