Tri County Hematology & Oncology reviews
13I am so grateful for the Tri-County Hematology and Oncology facility and especially thankful for Dr. Scott McGee and his Nurse Practitioner, Chrissy Hoover. Both are everything I could hope for, very kind, compassionate, sharp, efficient, organized, and so forth. Dr. McGee is a brilliant doctor with an excellent work ethic and someone who genuinely and consistently cares — simply an outstanding individual. Chrissy is equally outstanding, super smart, sharp, and quick. Most importantly, at least to me, is the fact that they are both extremely thorough. I trust them implicitly. They are the best of the best. My husband is grateful too.
I really can't say enough good about this place! The staff here is AMAZING! They take good care of all their patients. You will love Dr. Nagajothi, he is kind, and very caring. I highly recommend this office.
I wish I could give six stars.
Cancer is a hell of a diagnosis. The word itself triggers an intense amount of fear. I walked into this with an overwhelming amount of fear.
I was greeted by Jenna, the receptionist, who had the most warm and inviting personality. She was so incredibly sweet and I was comforted by her compassion. I was more than a number.
Dr Nagajothi was professional in his care, he explained everything to me in detail. I was offered a tour of the facility and understood each step of my treatment.
Now.to the good part. The nurses. Every single one of these care givers has gone above and beyond. I can't remember every single one's name but every single one has greeted me by name and treated me like a human being. Michelle, Preston, Yvonne to name a few. The level of care is unparalleled. I've been treated with dignity and respect every visit and I'm only half way through my treatment. Even though the chemo makes me feel rough, the care team here just makes it all better. They understand what I'm feeling and are more than helpful. I am forever grateful to this crew.
My 2nd visit for my Reclast infusion. Everyone was extremely kind and polite. I'll definitely recommend them!
I use them for my yearly Reclast infusion. The nurses are extremely kind and accommodating. It's clean and neat and they have a great staff. What more could you ask for?
My experience from Tri county comes from bringing my Mom for her chemo and immunotherapy
treatments. Everyone here is so kind and caring. They make you feel like you matter. Staff and doctors have a great attitude and always greet you with a smile while showing compassion to everyone they meet and treat. I'm so very glad we chose Tri county to do my Mom's treatments. She is very pleased and actually looks forward to going.
Tri county has been wonderful during my cancer journey. Dr McGee and Krissy have been life savers. They have given me all the caring and support that I've needed to continue with my fight. The nurses in the treatment room go above and beyond what is required of them. I truly believe that I would not be as stable as I am at this point without them.
The receptionist was friendly and helpful when checking in. I had no wait time before getting in for my appointment.
Always kind and considerate people. Cancer is a hard road but it's just a little easier with these wonderful people sharing the journey with you!
I've been doing a stage for breast cancer for a little over three years. I've gone nowhere but here and the people here are amazing they're friendly. They're understanding and they do everything they can do to help you make it comfortable. Whatever it is they can do I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I love everybody there they're all amazing
The staff is very nice and Dr. Rafique is wonderful as well as his PAs. They explain everything and let you know you are not alone. They will even be understanding and let you make payments by what you can spare each month.
I’ve gone through several different types of treatment for cancer over the last five years at a myriad of departments in a multitude of care facilities. I can share that hands down Tri County Hematology provides some of the best patient centered care and treatment that I have ever received. From the top with Dr. Rafique and Shamaila to my nurse practitioner Christine to my head nurse Kelly to my nurse Preston to the warm greeting I receive from Jenna, I cannot properly convey the kindness, warmth, and excellence of care I receive every time I set foot in the door, and even afterwards. Cancer treatment by its nature is cruel and invasive, but this group has made it not only palatable, but something I actually look forward to. My sincere appreciation to the wonderful folks at Tri County!
