My service engine light is on for the second time since I got my jeep a year and 2 months ago and the service department seemed very dismissive and told me they couldn't get me in until the next week. How long does it take to plug a code reader in!? !? If I had known they act like they do I would have bought elsewhere

1 star only because 0 is not an option. They’re either incompetent or dishonest, neither is good! Took my F150 in for a non working AC. They replaced the refrigerant despite that it had a full charge. Quoted me $2100 for a new compressor and evaporator coil. When I questioned it the “service advisor “ said he stands by his technician. A local, independent shop replaced the $34 ambient air temp sensor and I’m good to go. I wouldn’t let this place change my wiper blades. Too bad, so sad, because I wanted to support a local small town dealer.

Called Tri Motors for an a.c. Problem on my f-150. Quick diagnosis, ordered the part, and I was back on the road in a couple of days. I expected to be without my truck for at least a week as it was right before the Labor day weekend. They worked with my after market warranty company also. Great service, great service team. Would highly recommend this service team!
