Tri State Ford Service, East Liverpool OH

I had recalls completed with Tri-State. I used the option to have the vehicle picked up and returned. I was very pleased with the service.

I am very disappointed. I took my truck there under warranty to have my running board looked at. They washed the hinges with out the courtesy of a phone call to tell me that isn't covered by warranty. Then charged me $162.00 for cleaning the hinges. They are deceitful and just out to make money.
I was just looking for a good old fashioned Ford dealer.but this ain't it.

They all helped me get papers straight and copies to send in for reimbursement. Thank you all sooooo much!

I have been using Tri-State for all my vehicle needs. They've always done a great job with my SUV. James is a great service rep and I only like dealing with him. If I have a problem I can always count on him to make sure I get the service I need. Thanks Tri State and thank you James for all your help.

Very efficient and helpful. I called for a service appointment for my car from another dealership and got an appointment the next day.

My issue that other shops said they couldn’t recreate and fixed my vehicle faster than they originally projected!

I was there for brakes and tires they said would get me right in after waiting 4 and a half hours I finally asked they said it was just finished because they sent wrong rotors and they had to wait for correct ones. Wish they would have told me that I could have left and came back. They did give me a free oil change for next time.

I had an appointment for a safety recall at 8am, was told it would take 3 hours, when I called at 2pm it still wasn’t started and was told they might not get to it that day. When they finally got started after 3 pm they called with a list of major things that also needed repaired, the man was irritated when I told him that I just had the car at another mechanic and they didn’t say anything about those things, to just fix the recall and I would pick up the car. Took the car to a 3rd garage and, surprise, surprise, none of what they wanted me to pay for repair was actually wrong!

Awesome service! They always go above and beyond. I always take my Ranger here for service/oil changes

Love that I don't have to wait for my oil to get changed. A little less texts would be better. I recieved 10 about my pickup and return of my car. Love it tho

1st off, I'd like to say that the two stars does not reflect on all the people at TriState. My visit was actually the 3rd attempt at getting in. The first two scheduled appointments were botched by new employees (so I wasn't really angry.we all mess up at times- so no worries). I had made it in to get my back ul camera replaced. The customer servers fair, though there was one salesman that went out of his way to make friendly conversation; so I liked that. The low stars are from thw small gouges in my paint around the plastic shroud that contains the rear backup camera. I was not happy about that. If you are curious, no, I did not go reporti it to the managers.

My experience so far with tri-state Ford service is not very good. I brought my car over for air-conditioning repair. They fixed it once said it was done picked it up. Turned on the air conditioner drove around didn’t work. They had it for three days. Brought it back to him on Monday night August 14 call Friday the 18th from what I understand they never even ordered the part. I need it so the car still sitting there don’t know how long it’ll be there. I guess I just got a wait on it to be fixed. The people who work there are very nice very friendly and courteous but I’m sorry as far as the service goes I think there’s a lot to be worked on there. Thank you.

I recently brought my car to Tri-State Ford for a TCM issue, and I have to say that James from the service department was a true lifesaver. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but he went above and beyond to make sure that my car was fixed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service that I received from James and the rest of the team at Tri-State Ford. Thank you, James, for your outstanding work!

Service some parts have been good to me. They didn't take forever to get me in for an oil change either, though the hours available make it tough for a working person to schedule.

I had my car detailed at Tri state ford. I wasn’t sure how it was going to come out as there were spots and stains from the previous owner. I’m happy to say my car came out looking amazing and I couldn’t be happier.
