Absolutely horrible I would never use this company. They do not keep dates they say people are never working at the site, checked site 7 times never saw anyone working. They have no compassion more excuses then work set dates they never keep more excuses, try to get answers more excuses. Neighbors said they barely saw anyone there working, 3 to 4 weeks turned into 6 horrible experience

This company is fantastic! Got us back to better than we were, prior to the water damage that we had. Highly recommend them and will use them again for additional projects in the future.

I would recommend Trident Restoration to all my family and friends. They went above and beyond to help us when we had roof damage after a storm. Our insurance company was difficult to deal with and Trident stuck by us. So thankful for their tenacity and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers.

This company was recommended to me by my insurance adjuster and I was not disappointed at all. I was very happy with the way they worked with me. They were efficient and quick. I observed them working and was impressed with their staff starting with the clean-up crew and continuing throughout the entire process. They were very well organized and very easy to communicate with. They were knowledgeable and I can understand why the adjuster recommended them; I would do the same.
