Literally been waiting for almost a hour just for a “copy” of paperwork. The place also felt very unwelcoming and the service was slower than it needed to be.

This place is a joke and they treat their patients like garbage. We will never be back to this hospital!

Zero Stars! I have never dealt with such rude hateful nurses in my life! You can't be a nurse and have an attitude. If someone has questions in regards to what you are doing to their loved ones it is your job to answer those without an attitude! Will never ever recommend this hospital to anyone! I will be going to the board and administration and let everyone know how you treat people! Disgusting!

Truly if I can give negative stars I would I came in there with hip pain and nothing was done about it. From the beginning I had to ask for my own when chair ask for help to stand when they asked for urine. Then after waiting 2 hours after x-rat they were trying to send me home no pain meds didn’t even tell me about what was seen in the x-ray. Mind you during all this I’m hitting my button tell the nurses I’m in pain no medication was offered I had to demand for medication when they tried to discharge me! I then asked the nurse for a patient relations card and she said “well what do you want me to do about it” as if regular patient care was off the table!

Worst experience all together. The PA, Mike Purdeys bedside manor was horrible to say the least. He spoke to me like I had special needs and spoke down to me. Then stated he didn't want to get started on the wrong foot. He then threw me into another panic attack. I thankfully didn't see him again. The dr then finally came in and apologized on his behalf. Ridiculous. So unprofessional

We called the patient advocate when I got released fron Butler Bethesda and informed them of specifics of our visit. They did not call us back to follow up which to me says lack of concern. I'm 59 years young and I know when I'm confronted with bullies and primadonas. I read so.e of the other reviews and I would have said at one time I trusted the hospital. I can't do that today. I feel the staff at the hospital just felt like they could be self centered and felt like they did no wrong and when you stood up for yourself the wanted to feel the victim even though they were being abusive. They showed me they felt they could do no wrong even though they are capable of being wrong, since they're health care workers it's okay. Not all the nurses were terrible, I didn't like the doctor he didn't know how long it took to do a urinalysis or maybe he did though he was just being spiteful. If I don't see him again I would not be sad. If he would like to put the gloves on and teach me the error of my ways I'd be okay with that also. I'll stand by my statements some nurses are to full of themselves to of help to the patient.

I would have given 5 stars but my experience was not very pleasant! I have been here many times and would give 5 stars for practically all of my experiences!
This time I only went in for lab work. Easy Peasy right? WRONG! The young lady who took my blood came around the corner with a really angry look and demeanor! She started by mumbling something to me, and for the life of me I still don't know what she said!
I thought at that time I should ask someone else to do it. I did not, she stuck my arm kind of hard but I've had worse!
Afterwards she put a cotton swab and a pink piece of tape around my arm so tight that while driving home on bypass 4 I had to pullover on the side of the road and remove the tape! I had the feeling a vein was going to bust or fingers were swelling or something!
Oh yeah after taking my blood she mumbled something else again and walked off!
This is the longest review I've ever left for anyone or business! I will return there in the future but if she ever comes in again I will ask for another person! Thanks for reading this and the photo is the tape and gauze that I took off!

The nurses were nice but the doctor literally looked at me an said I was fine and discharged me. Didn’t do any blood work or test or anything. How do you know someone is fine by looking at them. I was literally in and out in 10 minutes. Also I heard the guy at the desk laugh and say “7 minutes that’s a new record”. I’m glad that the staff here laughs at patients and think it’s a game an find amusement in their work. I might actually contact the board or whoever I need to.

Don't come to the ER here no help. No making you comfortable. No bedside manners, horrible. Worst I have ever been treated at an ER.

Waited almost two hours to be seen - understand ERs get busy. I’ve been sick for 23 days, third doctors visit so I went to the ER. Doctor was in the room for less than 5 minutes, none of the staff other than the triage nurse cared to listen to what I had to say. Sent me home with nothing but a cough med and told me to get over it. Had to go back to urgent care two days later from fever, even the urgent care doctor rolled her eyes in disbelief they didn’t test a college age student for mono. I’ve had bad experiences here in the past with how they’ve treated relatives, should’ve known better about going back. They only care about getting you in and out. Don’t go here if you need real answers.
